Thanks for the replies im gonna look into the games listed above. I know they enjoy the turn based aspect, and keeping the characters alive, and restarting if someone that they enjoy died. They also take after me when it comes to a fantasy setting, thanks again.

Looking for an online store selling Oblivion with all expansion I beleive it is called the Gold edition for the PC. I live waaaaaayyyy out in the country so the nearest BB,CC, etc are at least a 2 hour drive. there is a Wally's world within 30 minutes but I prefer to order my games online...
