Oh...that Microsoft log-in attempt screen. The same with me, it looked scary at first, then mildly infuriating, and finally just numb towards the fact. Even towards those "here's your one time access code" messages. Yup, got two-factor and other safeguards on as well.

Light It Up was actually pretty decent, and I enjoyed what I've played so far. So the giveaway starts now, and it looks like they've announced most of the upcoming games, especially Mana Spark, which was their "big game" from the last giveaway or so. The Mini Golf game was quite a bit of fun.

Hmm, Qubic is the publisher of the original Bit Trip series now. In the last giveaway, Eyes: The Horror Game is just jank. Mini Trains was surprisingly decent, and I went through a few levels. Mana Spark was their big one the last time, IIRC. That one was alright. Light It Up look pretty decent.

Hamster's Arcade Archives and Capcom's Arcade Stadium are really good choices. Though keep in mind, there will be doubled releases on there. Like the Beat em Up Bundle and Capcom Fighting Collection also show up in Arcade Stadium. The main difference between the two or three is online play for...

Wii bought back one of my favorite genres to a home console, arcade shooters, so I bought a few. Ghost Squad, House of the Dead OVERKILL, LA Machinegun and Gunblade NY, it was a blast. Thankfully, a lot of the motion controlled games I found were pretty good. Some just feel tacked on like...

HUH. Looks like those errors on the eShop page (on browser) was a fluke. No Gravity's grand finale is Primal Light and Cyjin: The Cyborg Ninja. No idea if they are good or not. But will say, Primal Light's 16-bit pixel art looks really good...

If Splashy Cube and Star Horizon is the grand finale, it's okay, I guess. Not sure on Splashy Cube, but Star Horizon is a worthy grand finale for the most part, since it is one of their "big" games. Even though I didn't really enjoy it, the game feel just isn't there.

Looks like the next game for No Gravity's giveaway is Destropolis, this is a pretty good twin stick swarm survival game. This might sound like I'm describing Vampire Survivor, but no. It's closer to those top down zombie shooters. https://www.nintendo.com/us/store/products/destropolis-switch/

On top of it, I'd recommend backing the SD Card up on a PC, space pending there, of course.

Oh right, you want to transfer stuff from one to another. After rereading the entire thread of this again, unfortunately, at this point I'm stumped as to what's going on aside from all the other possible option of what might be causing it. Seems like we've exhausted all possible options, unless...

Sadly, once a sector goes bad, it's toast. Though given you mentioned it's 5.7GB now. What game were you trying to download before? Not sure if the Switch's download method is like this, but something like a 5GB game might need up to about 8-10GB for install purposes.

If it is a fake card, one of the signs is that it might just overwrite any existing data in a loop. If it's a real card, I'm thinking possible bad sections on the card, rendering parts of it unreadable or rewritable.

Pretty much, Picklock was my personal highlight when it first came out, it was pretty decent freebie. It is a play and forget it. But even still, all the free games from these kind of giveaways have a "my first game" kind of quality that does make me think, "if they change this up a bit, it...

Yup. Worth noting the prices too. Dragon's Dogma is less than $4, RE5 and RE6 are less than $5 each, with Megaman 11 being less than $9. Might not like RE6 much, but I did enjoy Mercenaries Mode in that, especially since you can play as the L4D2 characters on the Steam version.

That was maybe one of the earliest titles I can remember on a Nintendo platform that I said "digital only", even though I had Best Buy's 20% GCU discount for physical games. That VERY weird Direct did sell me on it, and yeah, fell in love with the game. The traveling thing was interesting to...

Short answer, yes. It's for Fire Emblem Fates, and it's kinda weird. In terms of story DLC, It's Birthright/Conquest, and Revelations. But wait, aren't Birthright and Conquest the main games? Yes, but this game did something that I wished Pokemon would've done; you can buy the other version as...

Just make sure the accounts you're using online and on the 3DS are the same. If you bought it on the webpage, then on the 3DS, it should say "redownload". And vice versa if you bought it on the 3DS, then checked the webpage later on, it should say "already downloaded". Unfortunately, Nintendo's...

And the 3DS has a unique way of playing games that is kinda hard to replicate, especially if the second screen is used in a meaningful and convenient way. Like for the DS version of The Urbz, the touch screen basically replaced the pause screen from the GBA version. So that means while your Sim...

-As of right now, the shutdown is for the PURCHASE of said games. You can still download the games as long as it's in your account and as long as the servers are still up. As far as I know, there are no constant online checks, so play them offline as much as you want. Pretty much, you download...
