Always keep in mind it depends on your state, though. In NY Amazon charges tax now so you're better off using Newegg and saving 4 bucks on Rockband and somewhere around 30 bucks on the 360 with the 8% sales tax.

I don't know why Best Buy would even bother with this TBH... $30 isn't even enough to cover the tax of a 360 elite (depending on your state of course) In my case, I save $6 ordering on Newegg with no tax or shipping even without any kind of special promotion.
