    HDMI splitting question

I wasn't sure where to put this, so it's going here unless someone knows better. Anyway, I have a question regarding whether this setup will work or not as a replacement for buying an HDTV: 1) HDMI (F) to DVI-D (M) Adapter 2) HDMI cables x 2 3) HDMI (M) to HDMI (F)x2 splitter 4) 19" LCD...

Where do you guys get your Live cards?

I used to get a couple off Prizerebel, but then I realized that they were handing out gift cards as well and figured that was a more flexible use of my points. The problem is, since the GCs are pretty much equivalent to cash since I buy a lot of stuff at BestBuy, I can't really justify to...

    Need a cheap HDTV

Like, dirt cheap, under $250 would be good. Doesn't have to be huge or even flat-screen so long as it's light, since I'll be using it in my dorm room. Anyone know of anything? I've seen some that are good for what you're getting, but simply too expensive for what I need.

    Anyone ever ordered from Monoprice.com?

http://www.monoprice.com/products/product.asp?c_id=108&cp_id=10830&cs_id=1083003&p_id=4009&seq=1&format=2 I ordered those component cables from them, and the green input is defective; I get gray rather than green. I haven't heard back from their customer support (I assume because it's Sunday)...

    Nintendo DS repair?

The D-Pad on my DS Lite is worn out... I can barely press right on it now, and up and left are starting to give out too. Anyway, anyone know where I might be able to get it repaired? Nintendo charges $75 for a repair, and if I'm going to pay that much, I might as well get a new DS, which isn't...

    Price match at Gamecrazy?

I'm trying to get ahold of Armored Core 4 for PS3. Problem is, in my area, the only place I've been able to find that has it in stock is Gamecrazy, and it's still listed for $40 there. I'm trying to get them to price match it with the Gamestop price ($30), but I have no way to offer proof...

Need a deal on PS3 component cables

I'm inclined to get them off Monoprice, but I'd prefer B&M so I don't have to wait for shipping.

    Repairing busted DS?

The D-pad on my DS is totally trashed from standard wear-and-tear. What's a cheap and reliable place to get it fixed? The warranty's already out, so I don't think Nintendo's going to be a huge amount of help. By the way, how much does Nintendo charge for a D-pad repair, and is it worth it?

Need a deal on an MP3 player

I need to get someone an MP3 player as a gift. It's an older person, so I doubt she's into high technology, etc. Anyone know of any good players (not necessary iPod) with 2~ gigs of memory? Any deals would be appreciated.

    Cheap Xbox 360?

I pretty just want it to play jRPGs (Eternal Sonata, Star Ocean 4, Tales of Vesperia), so all the extra crap like a hard drive, internet, etc. are unnecessary. I do want a warranty in case it RRODs (what's the failure rate now, like, 1 in 3?), though. I guess a really cheap Core or Arcade...
