I was pretty excited at first...and then I looked at my pile of games that I just bought last week and then the other pile of games that I have sitting right next to that one. I'll stop by B&M and if it's clean out.....I can wait for these prices to be nationwide eventually....and we all know that they will fall.
Well if someone wants to get an extra Burnout: Revenge and use media mail to ship it for 1.30, I'd pay 17 bucks for it...I know thats barely worth the hassle, but I'm just throwing it out.
$15 + 6% tax + $1.59(Media Mail rate) = $17.45
That would be quite the steal if someone got it for you for $17

Holy shit, this kicks ass- thanks!

Picked up Castlevania and Burnout- have not bought a 360 as of yet, and now I'll be able to wait a little bit longer.

Currently I'm looking around and saying "I want to work overtime to be Sony's Bitch"

oh wait... I'm not.....

360- probably later this year when Oblivion and some of the other heavy hitters come out.

Sorry, I thought I was even right there...well, 19 then...although I doubt anyone will bother...like I said, just throwin it out

EDIT: Nevermind

PS, nice new edit interface, CheapyD!
I must resist this because I'm a dollar over my monthly gaming budget. I must keep this New Years resolution!
Thank you for capturing our every thought. So true, so true.

grrr

I must resist. Damn you CAG. Damn you.

Have a stack of games to play as it is. I'll never catch up. :whistle2:k Maybe that's a good thing. ;)
Thxs OP

All these deals mean I can't freakin' stop buying good games :p Going to try to price match NG:B and DQ8 at CC today. Do you think it'll be a problem that the website states NG:B is OOS?

acronyms ftw

I suppose I will try to PM DK Jungle Beat (19.97) and Pac Pix (14.97) at Best Buy today. I've never tried PMing online printouts there before, so we'll see. Good to hear these prices are good in store as well if all else fails. Though if I don't get my Reward Zone points, might as well PM at CC and save the trip and 10%.

Heh - just remembered someone gave me a $25 gift card to Sears for my bday. I thought it was pretty random because i never shop there. Guess ill put it to good use if they have either DQ8 or Castlevania.

hopefully i can pick up NG: B, and i know there were multiple copies of Wario Ware Twisted last time i was there. thanks OP.
How do you price match at CC if you do not have a store circular? Can you print out the deal from the website as proof?
That is correct. You just have to print out the product page and make sure whatever you are trying to PM is in stock online when printing the page. If is Out of Stock (OOS) they may not honor it.

my local bestbuy and circuit city never care if the print-out shows "instock" or not. they usually just go ahead and PM it.

so whether or not they PM a page showing OOS is YMMV

Are you talking about Sears itself? Is this confirmed in-store at more than one branch? If so, I may need to send my brother on an errand since the closest Sears to me only sells frickin appliances.
looking for shaolin monks for xbox but my local sears didn't have it...
MK: shaolin monks is 14.97 online.

Yes my store and a few other people have confirmed in the thread

Just picked up Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks, Castlevania: Curse of Darkness, and Midway Arcade Treasures 3 all for X-Box. I pricematched at Circuit City with no problem for the 110%. $44.67 after tax in NYC.

Stopped at Sears - they didnt have it. Went to Best Buy across the street and PMd them for %100, after a bit of a hassle of the BB lady calling Sears and Sears sucking service wise. After reading BB's policy, it looks like i shouldve bought the games first, then I wouldve gotten the %110. But i didnt think it was worth the risk/hassle if they rejected the PM and having to return it. Plus for some odd reason they only charged tax on one game.

Got Castlevania COD and Dragon Quest 8 for ps2 for $46.

Well... it's official. My Sears is about as gay as Richard Simmons and Clay Aiken sitting on Brokeback Mountain. They maybe had only 15 Xbox titles (Armed and Dangerous being one of them, to give you an idea). No dice on Castlevania or Ninja Gaiden Black. I may try to pricematch at Best Buy, but that probably won't work out. Nice find for those that can get the games

just stopped by my B&M a few minutes ago and picked up battalion wars and astro boy ($9.97!)

they also had a couple of copies of custom robo for $24.97... does anyone know about this game? worth picking up?

[edit] forgot to mention that star fox assault was also $24.97, not sure if this is hot or not.

Custom robo is decent, but it's only $9.99 if you can find it at Toys R Us.

I went to my store looking for WarioWare: Twisted! and didn't have any luck but ended up getting Kirby & The Amazing Mirror so it ended up not being a wasted trip even though I didn't find what I went looking for. They seemed to have everything marked with the marked down price at my store so I took note of most of the games that were on sale that I didn't recall seeing online or mentioned here by another CAG minus afew that didn't seem worth mention (Metroid Prime 2 for 29.97 for example)

3.88

R: Racing Evolution (Xbox)

8.88

Spider-Man 2 (GH if it matters) (PS2)

9.97

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2005 (NDS)
Madden NFL 2005 (NDS)
Astro Boy: Omega Factor (GBA)
GoldenEye: Rogue Agent (PS2)

14.97

Final Fantasy I & II: Dawn of Souls (GBA)
Pokemon Ruby Version (GBA)
Kirby & The Amazing Mirror (GBA)

17.47 (I think this was 17.47 if not it was 17 something for sure)

Final Fantasy Tactics Advance (GBA)

24.97

Metroid Prime Pinball (NDS)
Pikmin 2 (GC)
Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door (GC)
Mario Power Tennis (GC)

29.97

Donkey Konga with Bongos (GC)
The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures with GBA to GC cable (GC)

49.97

Final Fantasy XI with Harddrive (PS2)

89.99

GameBoy Advance Micro

Thanks for the heads up OP and everyone that mentioned that prices were good in store :)

Did you happen to check out their GC games? I was thinking of swinging by & grabbing Battallion Wars and maybe Batton Katios, but if they don't have them you'll save me a trip. :)

I picked up a couple of gems at my Sears in Livingston, NJ. I picked up and original copy of The Legend of Zelda:WW for $9.97, Jade Empire for $9.97, ICO for $9.97 and R Racing Revolution (XBOX) for $3.88. Other sweet deals I will post later.

It's TRUE! I'm just hanging out in the ATL area this week, I checked a local Sears, and Ninja Gaiden Black IS $14.99!

IT'S TRUE, IT'S DAMN TRUE!! (/Kurt Angle)
