I don't see this discussed anywhere else but this week's best buy ad talks about another money saving coupon book. I dunno what is in there but there could be potentially another $5 off coupon.

I know that there is a $5 off coupon for reward zone members on the myrewardzone website.

I think it is 9.99. Thats the way it was marked at my BB, and they had marked all the 1.99 games too.
 
My local BB had craps. I think the video game staff was too keen to remove 'deleted' and clearance items. The only games in post #1 were Starsky & Hutch (see below), and LA Rush. I'm not really into GTA type of game so I passed.

My BB had one copy and it rang up 9.99 at the register as well. There is a UPC sticker on it and a tag says "endcap game" or something. The game's original UPC might ring up 1.99 but I don't think they would ever remove the UPC in order to sell it for less.
 
I'm suprised I was still able to find a copy of Radiata Stories today. They also had the Operation Spy game for the EyeToy for 9.99.
 
DT Racer has the 1.99 price tag but it rung up 9.99. They had to price adjust it. After that they removed the yellow 1.99 tag. So I guess I got lucky.

Its Starsky and Hutch + Corvette Racing in the 2 game pack bundle that is 1.99 not Starsky and Hutch Alone. After reading reviews for DT Racer im glad it ran up for 9.99.

I was able to find both Geist (GC) and F-Zero GP Legend (GBA) for $9.99 at my local store (Atlanta, Midtown). F-Zero GP Legend is also $9.99 at BestBuy.com.
 
did anyone grab extra copies of Radiata and are willing to sell one? I can't believe I missed out and all the BB's close to me are sold out. PM me
 
There was 2 copies of the 2 pack of the corvette and starsky and hutch game left at $1.99 a piece, even at that price I still couldn't pick it up. But if anyone is looking I can always go back and check for someone.
 
i returned 2 constantine (xbox), 2 of the 2packs (corvett + starsky) + 3 death by degrees today.. trade in value for those games are way too low and no one on CAG wanna trade for them ;o

Has anyone had any luck getting a free $5 game, or even a $1.99 game with the new $5 off coupon that is valid 4/2/06-4/15/06? (Of course not with change back, but just free)
 
rise of the kasai is 9.99 now up from 4.99, but i used the RZ coupon to get it for 4.99 so i presume it would for the 4.99 ones not sure how - 3.01 is going to work

They must have restocked, because I got what I thought was the last one there last Tuesday or Weds. Pretty much that was all I could find then though (no Radiata, nor even a space for it, no MAT3 or Spiderman 2 or FF for GC either). Oh yeah, I did find one James Pond for GBA for $1.99 then.

I know almost nothing about Mark of Kri and Rise of Kasai but now I've gotten both, sealed, for a combined $8 :D. Some day I'll give them a shot.

I was at Best Buy last night and they changed the Rise of Kasai sign from $4.99 to $9.99, but I'm not sure how much it rings up at. I bought it about a week ago for $4.99 there.

Both games are very good! Definitely underrated by many people. The art style is what really makes it stand out. I would recommend anyone who has not purchased it for $5 at BB to get one! It's a steal at that price and many BBs still have it despite how cheap it is. Seems the casual gamers pass it up.

Just a warning though: both games are memory card hogs! They can easily take up 1/8 to 1/4 of an entire memory card! I hate when games take up 1000+ KB!

I agree. Mark of Kri was a fun game and the art style was great! That and the price got me to buy a copy at a local BB yesterday for $4.99. The store that I went to had a bunch of copies (8 or more).

Best answer to memory problem is try to grab one of those Intec 8mb Expansion Pack for $.80 at TRU.
 
Why can't people leave the deal here where it belongs but ruin it for the rest of us CAG members who haven't gotten the chance to get what we want by ripping it and pasting it all over the internet?

It is not like an anonymous luker could get into this forum beforing signing up as a member.
 
Yeah, just saw the SD thread myself, but atleast since it's a week/a week and a half into hopefully all the CAGers got what they wanted. I know I got my Rise of the Kasai and Radiata Stories, which were the main of my want-list :D Good job keeping it a secret this long fellow CAG'ers!
(But there really has to be some kinda SD/FW'er blocker of some sort made xD)

There is not much in stock at my best buy. I managed to get a copy of stuntman and metal arms. There is still a bunch of them left. The price of metal arms was marked correctly at $1.99 but stuntman was marked as $9.99. I brought those two games just to use them as replacement cases for the used games that I brought at ebgames/gamestop (the cases are always in POOR condition for some reason).

you might want to do what i saw posted earlier in another thread : Go to your blockbuster and ask for their empty cases(most likely before a big game release). Supposedly they all go into the trash and there can be a lot of them. Im gonna try this myself - i got a bunch of cases that are filled with old EB stickers id love to replace.
 
yep blockbuster throws away a lot of cases especially if they have to transfer the items to another store or back to distribution, ive snagged up plenty working there, just ask, employees dont care
 
yeah the blockbuster dumpster diving is always fun, even though the employees tell me that i can have them, i still kinda feel like i am stealing when i jump into the dumpster. Regardless, it is a great way to get free ps2, xbox, and gamecube cases.
 
i just put my games in a cd case i woudlnt pay for cases or jump in no dumpster...unless there was games in the cases lol.
 
I just picked up Nanobreaker and Viewtiful Joe (Both incorrectly marked as $19.99). No Radiata Stories in sight, unfortunately.
