TC isn't gonna like me but... They aren't doing that well this year. They are suppose to be keeping the

s and SARS at bay, it's all I ask.

If the Wings get in which is always a chance even if they are down like this then I'll be a bit worried. Sharks... :sigh: Don't care. Expecting another flop I guess.
The Wings should they get in will be
very dangerous. Last night is the first time this season they put their best lineup on the ice. They've been puttering at around .500 with a patchwork group. The Swedes interviewed seem to be very pissed about their Olympic result and appear extra motivated. Henrick Zetterberg as much as I like him has been....well not so good this entire season. If Jonathan Ericsson can remove his head from ass and stop being a turnover machine that will help too.
Didn't really want to bring it up. Was Joe Thornton at the Olympics? I mean I know he was on the team and I always liked Joe and gave him a pass, but the guy is proving he does nothing but pull a disappearing act come big games.
It was great to Lilja back. I also hear they are trying to trade Lebda at the deadline to give them some cap space..to make a run at someone. Yeah we do need every point we can get..but now the team is fully healthy so now we can start our hopefully.
holmstrom barely nicked anderson...but technically, i guess the call was right. just glad that liddy came through with the game winner.
Lilja looked very good last night. Really great to see him on the ice. When I spoke with him in December he didn't even sound like he'd be playing hockey again. The guy seemed seriously down in the dumps. So glad he's been able to get back.
Half of Holmstrom's crease calls seem to come from reputation alone. They pay extra attention to him, but whatever I hate to bitch and moan. Pavel Datsyuk played his best game of the season last night. He had the puck on a string almost every shift. Nick is just being Nick. Getting better as the season goes on.
