Pocketbike Racer is absolutely horrible. Big Bumpin' is probably the best of the three.

As far as I'm concerned SNEAK KING was worth $4 just for the intro movie where the King is moving around outside somebody's house. My wife was scared TO DEATH by it!
 
By the way anyone else notice that SNEAK KING & BIG BUMPIN get higher (much higher) reviews than the $60 SUPERMAN RETURNS?

Let's get one thing straight before anyone else says these games suck anymore. These games are sold at FOUR bucks. Dollar for dollar, these are the games of the fucking decade. I could spend more than ten times that much on Genji or Red Steel or Superman Returns and get a game that is of comprable (or lesser, in some cases) entertainment value.

Yea mine locked up during Sneak King too.
 
Picked the three up Monday and didn't even have to buy meal.

Has anybody else had problems hiding and trying to get people to walk by you? It's really hard to hide and suprise people, at least it is for me. What am I doing wrong?
 
Dunno if anyone mentioned this or not, I just bought all 3 titles from Burger King without buying a scrap of food. It was 12.70ish for all three.

Sneak king is cool, PocketBike is halfway descent, Big Bumpin is sort of a mess. Thats my mini review.

And they all have achievements! Again, no idea if anyone mentioned any of this. I dont have time to browse right now to fid out.

And the food purchase thing is ymmv. They made me buy food to get them at $3.99. And I got food poisoning from it. Go figure.

I got food poisoning as well. I have no problem with the food normally but I thought I'd try the italian chicken sandwich.

Though if they make another game where you eat a Whopper and have to race against time to the bathroom I'll end up back there again.

I hope they continue this promotion and make some sort of Survival-Horror game with The King.
 
funny thing is the king has no voice. Perhaps they should have paid for that bruce cambell sample from Army of Darkness saying hail to the king...
 
If you want to save an extra buck, go in the morning you can get a breakfast value meal for around $2.50 and you can still purchase the games with it plus biscuit sandwich (with bacon) tastes better than a whooper IMO.
 
Got em all today, and I really like Big Bumpin and Pocketbike Racer, but I hate Sneak King... but all are great for $4

If you click the left thumbstick, you get a first-person view, through two eye holes. So, I always just imagined it as a random person dressed up like the King, wearing a mask, stalking people, handing out food.

Maybe you should refer to the name of the site...

There are clearly different expectations from a full price title, a budget title, and a $3.99 title. Geometry Wars is a great game for $5. But, expectations change when you slap a $50 pricetag on it.

I still haven't gotten a chance to get these yet. I might get a chance tomorrow. Only problem is, that there is only one burger king for the whole entire part of town I'm in.

Sneak King, outside of the obvious novelty-value, is brutally linear / straight-forward / boring.

The first-person view is a bit of a redeeming factor, however.
 
For the price, I am really enjoying these games - screw GoW! ;)

I finally decided to take PocketBike online last night for the achievement and had tons of problems. If I see "Lost connection to host" one more time, I'm going to scream!

In about two hours, I think I finished MAYBE four races; the rest of the time I would be booted back to the main menu or the system would lock mid race.
 
I think Sneak King would be way better if...

- The people had a bigger vision cone
- You could give food to anyone
but
- You can only give the food if you are in a hiding spot
- And you should be able to lure people over with heavy breathing :bouncy:

Me: "I'll have a number 7. Do you have the video games?"
Lady: "Whaaaa?"
Me: "The video games. Do you have them?"
Lady: "Whaa?"
Me: "I guess not."

fucking idiot didnt know about the games yet they are advertisied on every cup and bag. Grrr...guess I'll have to try elsewhere.

I've had that happen all the time. Just make it a point to explain it to them. from there on they should talk to a manager and pull them out for you.
 
BK sucks. i got PocketBike earlier in the week. asked my sis earlier today to pick up the other 2 games, they made her buy a value meal for each game. so she ended up spending close to $30 at crappy BK. cheap games at $3.99 each, but they require to to buy their gut busting food.

anyways, i like the 2 xbox live games, Pocketbike and Big Bumpin'. only complaint about the race tracks its very easy to go off track, shouldve made it somewhat enclosed at least. Sneak King seems fun, but repetitive. time consuming to unlock each mission and level. camera angles and controls are tricky. overall, i agree with others that PocketBike seems to be the most complete game. Big Bumpin' the most fun since its kind of similar to the Fusion Frenzy type games. solid values, just wish i had BK's near me that wouldnt require to buy their food w/ the games
 
I bought mine off ebay. I paid the same price as all three games, and a value meal ($20). On the plus side I didn't have to eat shitty food. On the sad side, I ordered video games from a fast food restaurant off the internet.

Went to the on-campus BK today and got the other two I needed (Sneak and Pocket Bike) while only buying one value meal.
 
I love Big Bumpin but the online has a crap load of lag and makes it damn near impossible to win unless you are the host.

Shut up and stop your whining!!! She spent $22 on the food alone. No wonder your guts are busting. It's a smart promo for Burger King. Why should they go out and create the game and just sell them for $4??? It's part of an advertising campaign. All companies do that. Basic Econ 101...

Exactly, I hate how any threads that even deal with fast food become some preaching on how bad fast food is for us, I enjoy fast food, its convenient... do I eat it every day, hell no, moderation, my parents didnt rely on it either... some people (mainly overweight) have little will power and do stuff their faces on this... but BK like most other businesses is in the market to make money, people want the burgers... so many healthy alternatives in these stores have been ignored... I for one have never thought about ordering the veggie burger they had/have?

BK DOES sell the games without food purchase for 6.99... of course that would make the games overpriced IMO... although I have had a nice time with them so far, although the linear AI in Sneak King drags some of the "deliver food from hiding spaces" missions ALOT longer because you have to learn the patterns, not lure them over SPlinter Cell stype
 
I picked up all 3 today for $3.99 each and they didn't make me buy any food. Pretty Cool, im thinking these will turn into gag gifts for friends.
 
I am having such a hard time getting the Mascot Jr achievement.

This one was super easy, select Free Play with the following options. Parking Lot - Standard Race - 1 lap - 50cc. Now, just complete a lap in first place with the following characters: King, Brooke Burke, Subservient Chicken, and Whopper Jr.

IDK...

I havent gotten that acheivement yet. It seems like these acheivements are going to be really easy (for PB). Sneak King seems like it will be the most frusturating. I got all of the games, all at once for $13.
 
Someone just traded in Pocket Bike Racer at Gamestop today........ It was in the computer and they got a whole $1.00 for it. Then its used price is $3.99. Just some FYI for the people that might care. But i was cracking up that someone actually traded it in.

I'm laughing at the fact that its $3.99 its used. Thats the new price.

I would love to see gamestop charge $20 for used copies that would be funny.
