Got Antman 3D Steelbook from Best Buy at $28 today. That's really good looking so I couldn't pass it up. Otherwise, you get it at $19.99 so BB's steelbook exclusive is $8 more
$19.99 plus it's supposed to come with $5 in rewards points right?

It's a shame, I've been enjoying the Steelbooks, but I can't justify paying $10+ extra for it.

Yeah, so only $14.99 if you preordered it—making an easy decision to get the normal version. Wish all new 3D releases were that cheap!

wasn't the Antman Steelbook $20 at some point before release? I pre-orderd it but when I went to pick it up it was $27.99. Could've sworn it was $20 at some point...

A few random cheap movies on Amazon:

Pompeii @ $9.99: http://smile.amazon.com/Pompeii-Blu-ray-Blu_ray-digital-violet/dp/B00J11U4T6/

Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs 2 @ $9.99: http://smile.amazon.com/Cloudy-with-a-Chance-of-Meatballs-2-3D-Blu-ray/dp/B00FDVX0DA

Pirates Of The Caribbean On Stranger Tides @ $12.70: http://smile.amazon.com/Pirates-of-the-Caribbean-On-Stranger-Tides-3D-Blu-ray/dp/B0053Y7T1G

Pacific Rim @ $12.99: http://smile.amazon.com/Pacific-Rim-3D-Blu-ray/dp/B00E3IZIM0

BluRay.com is showing those above at their cheapest prices to-date on Amazon.  Other ones here:

Just got an email from them that it's delayed until January.
If you are talking about Best Buy, I've gotten that same email on a couple other items I had shipped, yet they still came. Something may be screwed up with their systems.

No, Twilight Time sent an email (this is concerning Harlock 3D, which I think is an exclusive to their site).

Due to the complexity of 3D authoring as well as the sheer volume of special features for this title, most of which had to be subtitled, we have made the difficult decision to delay the release until January as this is too large a project to rush.

Is The Last Airbender 3D as bad as they say it is?  Best Buy just put it on sale for the first time in years (at $12.97).  A few other 3D movie also just went on sale too (Hansel & Gretel Witch Hunters, Dolphin Tale, Hugo, Polar Express).

It's a shitty movie with horrible 3D:

In comparison:

Hansel and Gretel (shitty movie with passable 3D):

Dolphin Tale (good movie with amazing 3D):

Polar Express (great movie with semi-passable 3D):

Hugo (amazing movie with passable 3D):

I only own Hugo out of the ones above and I have to agree with the review on Blu-Ray.com, as it's reasonable 3D though bad, bad crosstalk. 2D on it is pretty stunning.

Yeah, I own Hugo and it was a great movie though I never did watch it in 3D. I also own Hansel and Gretel but haven't watched it yet. Will think about getting Polar Express and Dolphin Tale. Thanks for the reviews!

Our of all of those, I've only seen Hansel & Gretel and The Polar Express, and while I would 100% agree with Hansel & Gretel being a steaming pile of garbage, I think The Polar Express is only ok at best. The story isn't anything amazing, and the animation for the human characters looks weird. Just my two cents.

It's one of maybe two or three movies I have ever walked out on (another being Dragonball Evolution for comparison).

It's beyond bad. It's a middle finger shoved up the ass of everything that was the Legend of Aang.

I don't care if they are giving this shit away for free, you still shouldn't bother with it. I don't care who you are, your time has to be more valuable than that shitstain.

I just bought a new TV, and in the interest of making use of all of it's functionality I checked out Pompeii 3D. The movie was bad, but I was really surprised by how cool the 3D effect was. So, as someone who is new to the 3D scene, I am wondering what are a couple movies with the best 3D effect? Thanks.

San Andreas is showing $13.99 on Best Buy website but not in the store.
They priced matched it for me.

It's $9.99 now
Yep, everyone can thank me. I haven't bought a 3D movie since Avengers 2 and the one time I actually drive to the store, it drops. I guess I could brave the crowds for a price match.

BTW, the 3D is pretty good for a post conversion.

I wish they would have these deals for Jurassic World and Terminator but so far, nothing.

Yeah, it was Deal of the Day.

Honestly, I thought San Andreas was almost as bad as 2012 and even at 9.99, I couldn't buy it.  I can't see myself watching that movie a second time.

Dial M for Murder is $12.99 on Amazon. Out of stock, but still able to order. Cheapest I've ever seen it. Filmed in the '50s, it probably can't compare to modern 3-D, but it's the only time Hitchcock filmed a movie in 3-D, so it's worth owning for historic value alone. The reviews say that, while the film can't compare to the master's classics like Rear Window, Vertigo, Psycho, and Strangers on a Train, it's still very good.

Target had it for that price with a $10 giftcard, best deal I've seen, you're a few days to late for that though.
Damn, I waited too long at that one. I thought Target usually had these promos right up until release date. Guess I was wrong about that.

It sucks but I'm sure you can get it cheaper being a fox title and waiting for some sort of Foxconnect sale.

They must have made a shit ton of those San Andreas 3Ds if Best Buy keeps putting it on sale for $9.99.  Not many 3D movies, especially a recent one like that, are priced that low.

Man of Steel 3D is $14.99 at Best Buy. I was able to get it for $12.99 though, because there was a sale sign on the shelf even though the sale ended 11.28.15, ha.

The 2 I am looking for, Jurassic World and Term Gen, never seem to go on sale.

In fact, T:G is always $26-$36.

Insane.

I was expecting $10 during the holidays.

Best deal I've gotten was around Black Friday. Amazon had a one day sale on the Jurassic Park collection. Comes with:

JP, JP 3D, JP 2, JP 3, JW, JW 3D for $25

The Walk 3D is currently $16.99 at Target after Cartwheel discount and sale price.  Take an additional 5% off if you have Red Card.

Shit, I'm there. Wish I knew that last night when I was at Target. ;)

EDIT:

Are you sure it's the 3D version and not the 2D one? I only found the 2D one @ $19.99 on Target.com, as Target B&M hasn't had a ton of 3D movies in-store these days.

Thanks for posting. I didn't think Target would stock the 3D version let alone, price the same as the 2D. Probably a good thing I went right away since the store only had two copies when I got there.

I think the DCPI is 058-32-0662.
