If you still have it next week I will probably buy it.

Sorry for the edit dv8

Dunno how you get your stuff, but if ever possible I'd loooooooove to see :ps3: atelier rorona/totori :) But like I said I dont know how you get your stuff.
Did you ship my stuff out? And I haven't paid you for shipping in like the last 3 times, so do I owe you any? =P
I did. And... Probably. I wasn't keeping track. Feel free to check your packaging for postage costs if you weren't keeping up on the spreadsheets in the group (I wasn't :whistle2:#).

I'll pay you shipping for the lowball when I got the Nyan Type mini artbook thingie, and this one. Not sure if I still have the packaging for the lowball one though, but I'll estimate if not.

Depends on whose colon... colo you are working in.

Ours is in a nice new datacenter. Pretty cool place but since I've been in vegas for somewhere around 3 out of the last 6 months, everything about vegas suck balls.

but woohoo... success! it is time for going to sleep bump!
I propose a trade!

You send me :br: Ghostbusters sometime and I will send you :ps3: No More Heroes: Hero's Paradise sometime. ;)
Fair enough; I just sent you :br: Firefly to compliment that :br: Serenity that you purchased many months ago. ;)

This is the first time in nearly two years that I don't have something sitting on the shelf waiting to complete a package to head your way. It was starting to feel unnatural.

EDIT: I'll also include a few other blurays for you. Do you have Sherlock Holmes yet? How about The Invention of Lying?

eek sorry, i don't check my page very often. I shipped out the dvd a few weeks ago to your address since you never responded to the PM about the other addy. I'll give the post office a call on monday and see what's up if it hasn't showed up in the last few days

Hey Dv, I'm starting to remember other import stuffs I wanted (but currently can't afford  ). Anyway, how common are Parodius Collection on the PSP, and Doshin The Giant and Giftpia for the Cube? And what price points we potentially looking at?

There are seven Parodius listings on Amazon. That looks like fun. I'm going to have to put it on my 'things to eventually have dv8 pick up for me' list.
Negatory on both of those. Interested in both as well!

You know, I was trying to offer a lopsided deal to say thanks, and then you made it lopsided in my favor...
Yeah, seems like everything is lopsided with me at the moment.

My list includes Retro Game Challenge 2 (Game Center CX 2 in Japan) and Umihara Kawase (both for DS). And a Classic Linker N64 so I can play Virtual Console games with an N64 controller!

:\ I didn't think anybody even liked the N64 controller... Now, what Divvy should be looking for are those cool Hori digital gamecube controllers. :D

When you play an N64 game on the Virtual Console with a Classic Controller, the Z button is mapped to some weird tiny shoulder button near the top. It's... awkward. I'd rather play Mario 64 and the Zeldas on the controller that they were made for, since they use the Z button a lot.

Never looked for any of those, so can't say off the top of my head. GC games are still surprisingly high priced in many cases though. If this is a true want (like you will pay very soon;)), I will try and find them for you. LMK
Very cool stuff, let's go get a burger sometime!
You're buying! Let's go to Tokyo so I can have Burger King. I haven't had it in about 4 years!
Deathsmiles II X have English? Does it need english? :p
No English. Doubt it needs it since it's a shmup... Unless you really are engaged in the very deep storyline.
wow nothing new today, very disappointing.
I've been busy with the site! :bomb:

They are in the "if i wasn't down a months pay for buying random odds and ends (like my recent dv8 package which I'll be seting up shortly), I'd buy them very soon" category. I mean, if you happen to see a great deal on one (preferably Parodius or Giftpia, since I'd prefer the English Euro version of Doshin), sure, I'll work with you. Otherwise, just keep them in the back of your mind for now.

Oi there dv8, seeing your faceplates on the list sparked a memory of a Japan only faceplate I desired for a while. The one I am speaking of is for Trusty Bell (Eternal Sonata over here in the states as you may all ready have known). Here's the first image I caught of it a good while back. Anyhow, I was just wondering if you had ever seen it around. If not and you see it in the future, keep me in mind for when your site will be fully up and running.

If you manage to deliver there will be a shiny sack of gold in a chest for you somewhere. ;)

Edit: Ah, I was also wondering just how rare these Atelier Iris LE Music Boxes are in Japan if you happen to know.

I have sold a couple of those in the past. FYI, they usually do run about a sack of gold.

I would imagine so,:bouncy: but it is good for me when you are slow to put things up here for sale. :applause: you cost me enough already,
(besides just saying bump is no fun what so ever:booty:)

I have seen but a single auction on ebay of it for a whopping 180 dollars. However the guy also has up for auction the same Infinite Undiscovery faceplate that you do for $120, so I would imagine it to be more of a pouch of gold in comparison if I was to buy it from your services.

Before I even think of getting that faceplate though I should focus more along getting a copy of Rebirth to play.

Also I am unsure if you caught the edit in time or not, but here's a quick quote of it regardless:
Is it just me or does Vintage change his avatar 4 times a day? :whistle2:s
It's like having four new friends every day! :D

Bump I guess?

As far as VT's avatars go, its probably quite simple: There are multiple personalities, all conviently named VintageTurtle.

And as for dv8-related stuff and japan-whatnots, hey dv8, being our man in japan, what would be a good way to go about learning basic japanese (other than living there)? Basically, entry level japanese learning that doesn't cost a college course or rosetta stone? Should I just grab a J-rpg and immerse myself in trying to learn it armed with a dictionary? Is this too far off topic? :S

Look everyone, he changed it again! It looks rather shocked by what you are saying... (bump for relevance).
A good way tto learn basic japanese would be to hire Dv8 as a personal tutor. :p
Hey, he might actually do it too since he currently needs the yen. Skype + a webcam could very well work. ;)

As for immersing yourself in a Japanese title, I have one for you free of charge Woof. I'll PM you it in just a moment.
Ah, I was also wondering just how rare these Atelier Iris LE Music Boxes are in Japan if you happen to know.
It's part of the premium boxset for the second game. Stand alone, I would say pretty rare, as a whole package fairly readily available.

woof - I can honestly say I have no idea what you should study. I never studied before coming here and started at a school for beginners (it wasn't...)
So, yeah... I think gaming would be too frustrating, it is for me at least. I can make it through everything except RPGs and stuff simply because the story eludes me due to all the small details that I miss.
I imagine a good comparison would be watching a really great, but nuanced, movie like "Memento" in a foreign language and then saying it seemed a lot like "Donnie Darko".

EDIT: I'll just add some tracking numbers in here to give my PM box a short break.
Hey dv8, when do we expect your new site to open? I want to get a specific NSFW  figure direct from Japan. Knowing how limited these are and the eventual price skyrocket I thought it would be best to strike while the iron is hot. :hot:
Surprisingly soon!

 Barring an alien invasion which we will only be able to thwart with a computer virus.

The aliens are already here, bro.

I have indeed seen the Atelier Iris 2 Azoth of Destiny music box around ebay packaged with the game, however I have never caught wind of that seemingly far more elusive Atelier Iris Eternal Mana music box. Do you have any knowledge roaming through your head on that one?

whoo, so 3000 yen would be enough for the paddle & shipping? :applause: The only thing is it's in cash, so I would have to mail it out if that's not a problem?

i'll let you know when!! :D
