Oh, then I assume it is pretty rare, as I had no idea there was one for the first game and my search, even in Japanese, turned up nothing but the second one. Do you have a nice, large, detailed pic of the first one so I can keep an eye out while I'm always picking stuff up?

Actually tlp, it really is ￥3000 cash, so unless you are in need of that, it's probably best for him to send it to me.

As for the gashapon... Weird, they must have dropped off the list somehow. :cold: I'll have to look into that.

Yeah, your package was sent out very soon after (21st if I remember correctly), but of course, with a weekend in there as well, that's only about 6-7 days. That's usually about the time to start keeping an eye out for stuff from here. Still... resending payment is probably the #1 option. :-({|=

Quite frankly I am surprised it sold out so fast. It only came out January of this year.

Those are few and far between. There was one on ebay recently which was one I sold to a CAG months back. It must have sold as it was listed BIN. I think he had it priced like $180 or something like that... Anyway, these are one of the items I always keep an eye out for during my travels.
 
A Tales buff though I may be, that faceplate just doesn't appeal to me that much.

Since you want it however, I do hope you two get together some day!
 
It's nice, but not worth $180 to me. Ah well, just let me know if you happen to come by one dv8. Or any other JRPG faceplates for that matter =)

I scoured ebay forever almost daily to try and track one of those bastards down. When dv8 listed it... I didnt even hesitate. Best purchase I have made on CAG by a mile. :)

LOL. I have rebuffed him a few times but I must admit his offers have been quite good. I just dont know if I am ready to part with that gem of a game yet. Plus I have the Fuu disc art which is supposedly the most rare of the 3 disc art variants. I have pictures of Rayearth on my list if you want to drool over it. ;)

elessar hit the nail right on the head. Anyone else play Rayearth by chance? Such a good game. Too bad it came out at the end of the Saturn's lifespan. A very underrated WD title.
 
I played MKR when it came out. The only Saturn game I ever played. but I have 2 of the 3 discs currently, just need the Hikaru disc to make all 3, I will hunt for it some time in the future.
 
hehe, I don't know about the other FF XIII fan :p, but this one still can't get over the fact that they are aluminum cans that he can't drink from if he is dying of thirst nor can he recycle them for pennies! There is still hope tho since I am such an impulse buyer.

anyway, this post is to celebrate the goodies I just received from dv8mad. Long trip I had but picking this up from my mailbox made my day.

That is fair enough mate, on many levels of being fair. If what I am thinking is correct, you probably want to keep it around not only for its sentimental value but also for your own children someday perhaps.

Heh, yeah yeah. I fully intend to get my own copy of Rayearth someday, however I doubt it will be from ol' Ven here. I would much rather focus all my energy into his opened copy of the Vesperia steelbook. I have yet to show the aces up my sleeve. :cool:

It looks proper nice from what I have seen of it. It reminds me of Chrono Trigger quite a bit, and I don't say that only because Hans looks like he was hired right out of Chrono Trigger's body guard line. Okay, maybe a little.

Had I seen this before I would have given you mine, I had it pre-ordered on Amazon Japan and only cancelled a few days before release because I am getting the US version for $20 and nendoroids dont appeal to me.
