Personally I think you're being a little too defensive because you might looking to take advantage of a CAG or two. I don't need feedback to ask as a courtesy that a receipt be included.

The fact that everyone involved is so gosh darn sensitive to the issue is puzzling and quite frankly has you coming across as idiots. But to resort to saying that what I say carries no weight because I don't have feedback? fuck you.

Nobody is out to take advantage of you. Everyone will pay $2 shipping per non-# item won. If the difference is significant, you will be reimbursed. This is based entirely on the honor system and one of the reasons why a substantial amount of itrader was required to participate on the selling side. The CAGs participating in this sale, with my possible exclusion ;), are from the cream of the crop.

For the reasons I mentioned above (and I realize you weren't quoting my post, but to reiterate) it is not feasible to include a receipt for shipping and/or packaging with your items. I would be happy to send a PM to anyone winning my items with the exact cost of shipping and supplies if anyone cares to know and I venture to say that other CAGs wouldn't be against doing so.

Look, Your just whining at this point. Stop insulting sellers, and relax before you overstay your welcome.
I think I speak for everyone when I say your request has been received, and shall be looked at in a timely fashion. There is no rule among us that says we must provide you with a receipt, to some of us it will be an inconvenience, and if a seller refuses then that's just how it is. If you can't handle a seller denying your request in the near future, then maybe you should stop bidding now. That is my suggestion.
Now, until you receive a final decision on how we will deal with your request I suggest that you just drop the subject.

Listen the previous poster was acting like a douchebag. I responded as such. That is not whining. I could link you to dictionary if you so wish. I let the matter go until the sellers brought it up again. Now since they brought it up again, lets talk. If you want me to drop it, tell Nsahene and Lone Pig to drop it as well. I don't run over to their keyboards and type up anything for them.

Either way there is no rule among you that says you can't provide a receipt either. How much of an inconvenience can taking a picture of a receipt be?

Across the country, asking and being given a receipt is standard. Asking for a Buy 2 Get 1 Free is not. Yes that includes Queens.

Either way, there is nothing wrong with asking for pictures of a receipt. What is there to be afraid of?

This is because in your case, every seller you buy from in this sale will be happy to gouge you on shipping cost by taking pennies and cents from you. However, in case we failed to gauge you on shipping when the actual shipping cost exceed $2, we will be happy to send you money request to get reimbursed, so that in the end, we will rape!

Nothing to be afraid of, but it is just annoying that is all.
As other have stated, this should have been asked before phase 1 ended. I am sorry, but the fact you are doing this at this point is beyond anal.

Now, please stop, none of us will be making money from the shipping cost.
Also, please go and check usps website for rates on first class mail, and media mail. I am sure if you factor in supplies it will be either really close to $2 or over $2 for each item, in most cases. If you win multiple items, I will either be bumping shipping to priority mail or refund the excess amount if that amount is too big (which I doubt it will).

Its just your typing tone is awful and makes you sound like a terrible person. How you are presenting yourself is the same way as someone that punches someone in the face and then says sorry. Thats someone i would rather not work with just because.

Now i'm not one of the sellers (obviously), but just ease up on your d-bag tone for everyones sake.

And it isn't a courtesy to get a receipt for the way you're treating people. How about you be nice to them and maybe we won't have pages filled up with people arguing with you.

I have never sent an item out on a trade that didn't cost more than $2. I know I'm going to take a hit trading with my $2 cost. Every seller does and I agree with you, if he complains about it more I would itemize everything about his order and send him the bill. Download Quickbooks and make him his receipt.
 
Honest dinobot. I let it go. It's Nsahene's exceeding dismissive response that ticked me off. If I was in your situation, I'd say whatever, grab my 8 megapixel camera, take a snapshot and throw it up for the winners to see in case they were curious. No biggie.

But there is a genuine sense of feigned "how dare he ask us to show him a little courtesy?! who does he think he is, this guy with NO FEEEDBAACK!!!" that is just a bit too much.

It's just a receipt.

Just go back and read it again. Pig was fine. He made a simple straightforward statement and I understood where he was coming from. Nsahene was completely dismissive and he had no right to be like that. All he had to say was that he couldn't do it for the same reason as Pig. I would understand. But to add that I was just some guy with no feedback and so my opinion didn't matter. Well that was uncalled for and I responded in kind.

Either way, lets drop it. I'll speak with the sellers specifically when I win whatever.

What I'm saying is just because something isn't written as a rule, dosen't mean its fair game.
We have yet to conceive of there being a problem on the buyers end shipping wise because nothing ships for $2 flat, not a thing. Maybe if you use stamps you might get under $2, but media mail and up will be more then $2. We have all accepted that we will probably loose money on shipping, and thus we have lost any urge one might have to make money on shipping.

Its the way that you were asking that made people not agree or argue with you or even be completely dismissive. So many of the things you said were unnecessary and seemed to be placed there to make some people upset. Like the guy you said you could get him a dictionary. There was no reason to even post that.

See statements like the above make me want to reach for the dictionary. A receipt is a standard in business. It does not fall under "fair game". "Fair game" refers to the fact that something is up for grabs. A receipt is not a prize. It is documentation. Get your English straight.

That is the wrong way to go. You should ASK, and if the seller says no, then squash it because it was never guaranteed and the sellers have the right to deny you a copy of the shipping receipt. The rules say that shipping is $2 per item, and you will be refunded if you are overcharged. If you don't trust that, then you always have the option to opt out of the lowball. Do not say "Lets drop this now" after you have already said "Now since they brought it up again, lets talk." Today alone you have started and stopped the argument several times. Either drop it or fight it. Don't flip flop. The final thing is that you are being hypocritical by saying that it was not called for for the other posters to insult you due to the fact that several times you have insulted them. You said things like "Listen the previous poster was acting like a douchebag." (post #1145), "makes you out to be an outrageous prick" (post 1087) and "Excuse me but instead of acting like such a little bitch" (post 1137). Check your own flaws before you point out others.

Sorry rick, but I agree that the manner in which you asked for a receipt was kinda like "well, they BETTER give me a receipt er else they're just tryna be shady."

You say to show you courtesy, but wouldn't it be courteous for you to show faith in these guys (who have a criteria to meet before becoming a seller in the first place)? Even if they do make ~$5 extra dollars from me off shipping i'd be more than happy to let them keep it for them to allow me to LOWBALL them so much on these items. I'm still getting the best out of it.

I have to leave for work, but I will catch the thread up there as there is still much to go. Once I get my break at work, Phase 2 will be ending.
Looks like there was a huge issue with shipping that continued overnight (for me). It looks like it was pretty much resolved, so I hope that everything stays that way through the next batch of posts I need to get through.

And I suppose I need to apologize as the $2 flat rate is because of me. I think a lot of the sellers wanted to do actual cost, but they bent and helped me out because I can't charge actual cost (believe me, you don't want that!) and agreed to the current terms we have listed.
Anyway, I'm going to be late if I keep typing....
