Go back to page 62 and 61. Some of the items he wanted to add on to are like $5 and $10 or higher now. I hope he understand he is betting $24 on the 169. Gundam t-shirt instead of $1.50.

dinobot requests that 50 cents be added to the top bids of those items, since he has to quote, "go to bed". Not sure if the bids will be accepted, but if you want to bid over it, just calculate the bid remembering the bid is off of dinobot's additional 50 cents.

I don't see why dinobot's bids shouldn't be accepted, although it's definitely a pain for people he's outbid. He's worried the auction could end any time, so he didn't want to spend 30 mins looking up all the current prices and potentially miss the opportunity to bid on any.
