Don't you have a PC Temp...Hulu and Steam should hold you out pretty good....or just have sex with the wife and practice making babies.
Hulu? Ha. $$$$a please. I haven't had cable in five years and there are better options to Hulu.
Tell us the story of you selling it and also your encounter at Best Buy, Temporaryscars.
Ok...well, selling the TV was ok. I posted an ad on craigslist asking for $550 which gave enough room to get $500 for it. After about 50000 emails asking if I would sell it for $350 ("I have CASH! NOW!") a guy asked if I would take $500, I said yes, he came over with his girl, I showed him a bunch of shit on it and he bought it.
Ok, anyway, so with the money in hand and a 10% off coupon. I went down to the Best Buy in East Syracuse. I walk in and there's two Best Buy minions talking in the TV section. I walked up to them and stood there like I needed to talk to them, but I didn't interupt so I figured I'd wait for them to finish up. They just kept talking and talking and then they BOTH walked away. I was like "what the

!?" Anyway, so I'm zooming around the TV section looking for somebody else and there's nobody else there. I start yelling "does anyone work here?!" and then this one chick, who was just wearing regular clothes, said "did you need help with something?" I said "errr...do you work here?" She did, I guess, and I told her what TV I wanted. She said she would check and left. She came back and said "sorry, we're out of stock of that TV and won't be getting any more until August." At this ponit, I'm thinking why not put up a sign if you're that far backordered? That way, people wouldn't waste all of their time on your shitty little store.
Anyway, I figured well perhaps the Best Buy closer to our house has it in stock. I figured I would have Sarah call on our way there and ask if they had it. If so, we would go. If not, then we would just take the exit to our house. So we're driving and she's calling and nobody is picking up the phone. It just rings and rings and rings. I told her to wait a minute and try again. She does. It's busy. Waits a mintue, it rings and rings. Waits a minute, busy. So we say

it, we'll just go there.
We get there and the one guy working in the TV section is helping a shit ton of others. I finally find this other girl and ask if it's in stock, and again, backordered until August. Fine then, I'm done

ing around. I look around and find another TV I like that's even a couple hunderd cheaper than the other. I ask if it's in stock, and guess what? NOT IN STOCK! At this point, I'm

ing livid. The bitch tries to talk me into paying up there and picking up the TV months from then, but there's no way in hell I'm doing that.
Anyway, it's getting late and as a last ditch effort, I decide to check out Sam's Club. Shitty thing is, the nearest one is back in East Syracuse, so we drive back over and I get there, walk over to the door, and they don't open. They close at 8:30 and it was 8:36. That's when I dropped to my knees and shouted to the sky "WON'T SOMEBODY PLEASE TAKE MY MONEY!??!"
And people wonder why we're in a recession. People want to buy things, they just can't!
I came back home and bought it off Amazon, hence the waiting game.
