I thought Team Ninja made Xbox exclusives last gen because they wanted to make stuff for the most powerful console. So why are they making NG2 a 360 exclusive?

It's trying to serve a different purpose so I don't see the harm. Just an odd choice to name it basically exactly the same as the existing thread. I suggested they pick a new name. (And gunm had already made the same suggestion actually.) That said I could easily see a different mod thinking it's a dupe GGT and locking it up. :shrug:

Hmmm. Why the hell did I choose to play CoD4 on Hardened? If I was gonna play through to get used to the game and get the easy achievements, I should have played on a lower difficulty...If I was gonna try to be challenged, I should have just put it on Veteran and go for ALL the achievements. And now I'm far enough I feel it'd be pointless to go back and change the difficulty.
 
Seriously, what's going on with CAG? I just don't understand all of these huge slowdowns all the time. There getting more and more frequent.

What game should I order next on YF360G? My buddy zew completed his offer, so I should be able to order another one in a couple of days. I already have CoD4 and GHIII coming my way. I may go Rock Band, but I don't know.

It's like Halo where you can up the difficulty before you play each mission, but yeah if you want the campaign complete on Veteran you'll have to replay them all.

Veteran was too damn hard for me.

What exactly is your networking issue -- we've a number of resident IT geeks here whom are probably better qualified to help you get your network/360 online than MS help.

it keeps failing at the DNS part of the test and I've tried everything I can think of

192.168.1.1 would be the router, and if it's not set right, you'll get DNS issues from the 360. If it's something else, then it's coming from your ISP. As you said your computer's working OK, then I'd check the IP settings the computer has and compare them to the 360.
