So while perusing my vast porn collection, I realized I hadn't added to it in a few months. So while hopping around some sites, I went to AdamandEve.com, and strated looking for some deals. I noticed for first time customers they had a Sampler DVD for free (plus 5.95 shipping). I threw that in my cart. I somehow clicked a bad link, and there was an offer to get another free DVD (Search for the Snow Leopard with Asia Carrera - YOWZA
), and I put that in the cart. And my cart showed 2 free DVDs for 5.95 shipping - ROCK!
SO I get the order confirmation, and then a day later they ship. However, the day after they ship I noticed my card has been charged 11.90 - D'oh! I check my account page and the order has been changed to 11.90, but the DVDs still showed up as free and the shipping was still 5.95. WHAT THE
. SO I send this:

There's nothing that says that shipping cannot be
combined on either one. It's not my fault that not
only the check out page, but my order confirmation AND
the shipping email all listed the price of 5.95.
It's highly unethical, not to mention I'm pretty sure
it's ILLEGAL, to charge my card for more than I
authorized without my consent. Its also funny that
you waited until after the item shipped to make the
changes. This is my first order, and if this is how
you handle your business this will be my last order.
I will ask again once more to charge me the amount
shown on all of the confirmation emails and screens I
have, or i will be forced to dispute this charge with
my credit card company, as well as file complaints
with any and all appropriate agencies.
