Update: Ok, so one other person reported this as well already but I went out and looked around a for a bit. ALL new PS1 games were being repriced at the first store that I went to. All games were $6.99 or $4.99.

Cerritos, Ca Gamerush had most of the New PS1 games priced at $2.99 and still had the B1G1. I picked up GTA 2, and Spyro for $2.99.

Sadly my Blockbuster doesnt even sell games, much less carry a decent rental selection...benefits of living in the hood =/
