Baten Kaitos Origins is $19.99 now

if you hated the first one you will Really hate the 2nd one. I loved the first one but hated the 2nd one. The 2nd one is around 10x harder

you only have 1 deck and everyone uses it.

As much as I really really want to, reading the Amazon reviews STILL kill it for me. Even the multiplayer sounds shitty, and the single player sounds so bad that I can't even begin to fathom how they could put out a game where you're forced to play through 99 levels without lives, continues or even a way to PAUSE the game!

I have played it and it plays exactly as any other bomberman title. The only difference is the graphics/look. They do have the standard "view from top" gameplay and all the powerups are still there. Seriously if you liked Bomberman, you'll like this one. The only problem is that there's not enough people out there playing it.

Single player can get challenging since theres no lives, but you can pick up heart power ups that let you take a bomb blast, and the heart power ups stack up so if youre good at the game you can get through the game without any issues. Playing single player in "First Person Bomber" mode you start off with health and a bomb blast only takes out a little at a time so its easier even through the view is harder.
 
Whoa. You can't even pause it? That's seriously hysterical. I didn't know about that one. It's like they've TRIED to make Zero a terrible game just to find out what they can get away with.
 
damn...my MS/CoM order went from "shipping soon" to "shipped" in less than 3 hours

So cheapy..what are you going to do with all this referral income?
 
I held off on Bomberman too because I remember hearing how shitty it was. Then again those people probably didn't get it for $15. Maybe if EBA drops a little more I'll put in another order and add Bomberman for free shipping.

On the flip side apparently I had put PSU into my basket yesterday and so for whatever reason it let me put the order through today. Got confirmation from them and everything so I guess I lucked out. Total order was the vision camera, GOW CE (for return shenanigans), Hitman Blood Money, The Godfather & PSU for under $200. Not bad Amazon, not bad.
 
Should be getting both my CoM, Starsign, along with Power Stone any minute now...

Is anyone else's order taking a really long time to ship? I placed my order on the 5th and its still says "Shipping Soon". If it matters I got CoM and Trauma Center.
 
Bought SMT Devil Summoner. Glad I waited on it. I'll die if it shoes up for $20 though, but I kinda doubt that.

I want more (SimCity 4, Children of Mana, Castlevania double pack, etc), but my bank account can't take the hurt right now.

Nooooo, crap! Baten Kaitos for 20$! I really want it, but I've gotten so much lately, I'll hold out some more. It'll hit 20$ or less in stores sooner or later. Despite its problems, I really enjoyed the 1st one. Ah well, play the waiting game some more it seems.

I placed an order for a second copy of CoM on the 5th. My wife called to say it's at my house right now.
My first copy of CoM was ordered Monday and got here yesterday. BTW, I'm using Amazon Prime, which appears to give priority.

I partially agree as I waited and managed to pick up the original Baten Kaitos w/ the bonus soundtrack for $10 at TRU, but since there is no tax and I wouldn't have gotten free shipping without buying something else it is still a pretty solid deal.
