Where's are you getting this price? Amazon is showing $27 for Uncharted. Did I miss a temporary price drop?

Overrrated? I think not. It's you own fault for probably expecting something different than what the game is actually like (hybrid action / adventure / RTS). If you did any research before the game came out, you'd know what to expect. The game has an average rating of 82% on metacritic. I actually feel it's better than most games rated in the low 80s.

In any case, anyone that enjoyed Psychonauts will probably like Brutal Legend.

Brutal Legend is overrated and don't let any faux gamer snob saying "Man, you like, don't get 'it'" tell you any differently. If you're a metal fan I guess you'll like it but its a barebones RTS that Sacrifice still puts to shame.
 
Now I know what you guys meant about the under $10 button. I was refreshing and using my bookmarks and it never came up. If you click through the OP it will bring up the additional options. The games I found I was manually looking through all of the ps3 titles.
 
If a person has to tell you the game's developer by name "Dude, its like Tim Schafer!!" in order to convince you its a good game, thats a sign its terrible. How many times have you've been holding a Mario game and someone was like, "Dude.. Miyamoto! C'mon!" to get you to buy it. You don't. Because its Mario, a good game, not Brutal Legend. A bad short game with a dwindling online community.

Like I said in a previous post, it's not a pure RTS game. It's hybrid of action, adventure, RTS... hell even a bit of RPG. The demo gives one only a small taste of the full game. But whatever, I'm used to most people not liking original IPs.

I'm not a metal fan... never cared to listen to the music in my life (don't hate it either though), but I still enjoy Brutal Legend.

do you guys think that amazon will have more exclusive deals tonight (friday, 3 am EST/12 pm PST) besides what we know about? (consoles, odst)

What's with all the Brutal Legend hate? I liked what I had played of the game and have enjoyed all of Schafer's previous titles as well. Is Brutal Legend overrated? Yeah, I'd say so. That doesn't mean the game is bad though. I'll personally wait till EA drops this sucker big time, when they realize how poor the sales are compared to the amount of copies they shipped out.

$35 did tempt me to buy it, but I went for a much better EA property for my cash instead with the excellent FIFA 10. :D

i had a lot of fun with brutal legend! definitely worth $35 imo. this is a game i wanted to buy new to support the developers who obviously put a lot of love into it
