Can't believe it's Cooking Mama and not Personal Trainer: Cooking. The clue seemed obvious for PT:C, Cooking Mama doesn't really help you learn how to cook. But wow, is it going fast. TPiR, too, this is a game that should start at $20, I'll pass. Had it been $10 I might have picked it up but other people can have it. Both gone within 5 minutes, amazing.

I ordered all of my stuff with 2 day shipping, too, and with the exception of a DVD I ordered Wednesday, it's all arriving December 1st. Not a big deal to me, I can wait.

I've been placing all my orders with 3-5 day shipping because it gives me time to cancel if I need to. Guess that doesn't apply in your case, but wish I'd known they were being slow as balls anyways on 2-day.

I don't mind sounding like a spoiled twat and saying that today's deals were pretty crudmuffin ESPECIALLY compared to last year (anyone remember that $20 L4D deal that sold out in 2 mins? OMGZ). There were no OMGZ deals today. However, I believe that last year the best deals were on Saturday, so there's still hope... but it does seem like just about every store, brick & mortar or otherwise, is holding back compared to '08. I haven't seen one truly amazing deal anywhere as of yet, but the season is young.

It is worth $60. If you like good RPGs, you can't go wrong with it.

It's not like Demon Souls where you need to like hard games, or Lost Odyssey where you need to like turn-based RPGs. It's just an all-around excellent game.



On another note, does anyone have an idea of what the GTA game is at 8? I'm praying for Episodes from Liberty City personally, been waiting on that to be sub-$30.

Most of my stuff I ordered yesterday says December 1st except for Dragon Age; that says December 7th but it says it's been shipped already too. Doesn't bother me at all since I still got a good deal and did free shipping. Still better than fighting lines and I remember when it took like 2 weeks to get something because you had to order it by phone or mail pre-internet so getting something just a few days after I order is still nice IMO.

You can probably beat it in a weekend, but chances are you will want to play it later. It all depends on what games you like. It reminded me a lot of Bioshock, so I loved playing it.

I paid $60 for it and I don't regret it.

I dunno, I've played it through several times and have yet to bore of it. Maybe it doesn't have the replay value that some games have in that it is pretty much the same game every time you play it but if you're just in the mood for a fun game then it's a good one to play. I busted it out just the other night when I was waiting for the lightning deal on Dragon Age to come online because I wanted a fun action game but didn't want to play a fighter or shooter.

Speaking of Batman this is a little OT but last night my brother in law being a Superman fan called Batman a pussy. We got in a heated debate over who the better superhero was. It almost came down to using our fists but luckily it didn't because I would have gotten my ass kicked.

I saw that and have been debating whether or not to bite. I have heard that the PS3 version is very glitchy, Is it really that bad?
