What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for the 360 slim, or ps3 to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

Seconded, my DSI XL MK Bundle was brand spanking new, the box just had a little cut on it, was a tad beat up but it was sealed and most certainly brand new haha :) However be aware I have heard of people buying like new units that are definitely used, so its a hit or miss.

W00T!! You finally got yours too, sorry I am responding so late bro, been working nonstop all weekend. It does suck yours was not brand spanking new like mine but atleast it all worked out!!! Btw it's funny how everyone is wanting the MK Bundle now after we got it haha :) (YES it is a SUPER SEXY system and we got it at an amazing price of $133.99) FYI I am loving it. I am personally going to hold off on a 3ds untill I can get a great deal on one (like close to $150 or so) rite now there is NOTHING I am interested in for it, so until Zelda OOT comes out I can hold tight. I am LOVING my xl, the bigger screens are making me alot more interested than I was in my ds lite. Its crazy how big of a difference they make. Btw I say your better off waiting on a 3ds like me, unless theres some games out there that interest you.

Ya its beyond sexy lol (wow I know I am truly a nerd when I find a gaming system to be "beyond sexy" LMAO) Btw I typically dont play hand held systems too much, but the huge screens on the XL make it well worth it. I have a 360, PS3 and WII. Ever since I got my MK XL I have been playing it quite a bit (Pokemon White) and I see myself continuing to stock up on some games I missed in order to play em on the awesome xl screens haha :)

Any ps3s (any model) show up lately? I missed out on the Killzone Bundle that popped up last week - it was in my cart and then bampf! The life of a CAGer.
 
Yea I'm also looking for a PS3 for $200 or below. My launch 60GB is starting to sound like a jet engine and I think it's on its last legs. I just want another one to use while I fix it if that's what it comes down to.

The Mario Kart bundle is usually around $133.99. There are other DSi systems that you can find for $105-$107, but those are the non-XL versions.

I totally agree with your 3DS assessment. Nothing is really too terribly exciting at launch. But with that said, I played the new system at Best Buy the other day and I loved it. But I wouldn't want to give up the XL, as it's absolutely perfect for DS games. I had a phatty and a Lite, and I never really liked it too terribly much. I dunno what it is, but the large screens make so much sense. I originally thought the XL didn't make any sense. Who wants a *bigger* handheld? But once you get it in your hands, it really is a lot more comfortable. I'm about 14 hours into Black Version since I got it.

I did some Googling, and it's hard to get a definitive answer; but from what I can tell, many people have a "semi" loose hinge. Seems more like a design to handle the weight, rather than a defect. But I'd like to get some other input from those who have this specific system. Thanks!

actually I got the Mario Kart bundle for $107. It's supposed to arrive on Tues. so I'll let you guys know what kind of shape it's in.
 
Is the only way to know if the system is truly new to turn it on and see if it wants to be setup? Or is there a reformat to factory process available?

The "wiggle" is normal. I'm not sure if I'd consider it a defect, as most of them have it. I've been through quite a few DSi's and DSiXL's and only a couple had tight hinges. If you were to try to exchange it I'd say you have a very low chance of getting one that doesn't wiggle.

I'm pretty sure there's a way to reset the settings to default and make it prompt you with the setup once you boot it again, so no you wouldn't be able to tell if it's brand new using that method.

Ya mine is the SAME WAY I also googled it and it is supposed to be that way. I read that alot of people broke their hinges on their lites so they decided to make it more flexible with the xls. I will say it anoys me a little, but I got used to it so I hardly ever notice it, plus knowing its not a defect makes it fine with me.

wow $107 is beyond a steal. Here I thought $133.99 was amazing (still think it is) but $107 is mind blowing. What condition did it say it's in? Because I cant imagine it being brand new, sealed like mine was. I have noticed most people who also got it in like new on here for $133.99 had either repackaged ones or ones without the case, I think I was one of the very few lucky ones to get a sealed one (no clue how that happened lol) so I cant imagine you getting a sealed one for $107, granted that would be awesome for you lol.

Acceptable.
I don't expect it to be new, just as long as the system doesn't have any scratches or anything, then I'll be happy.
 
My Acceptable TE fightstick comes in tomorrow. Hopefully it's in at least decent shape. My "like new" one had a a box that looked like someone jumped up and down on and it was $40 higher, if this one will at least work I'm sending that other one back. A box isn't worth $40 to me, especially if it's battered.

What did you pay for the acceptable one if you dont mind me asking? Might be my next target if it's a good deal.... been aching for a stick since sf4 came out but i just can't seem to find a deal on a TE i like.

Is AWD a used market? or is some money that we spent on there actually going back to the publishers and developers? or not like Gamestop?


AWD is returns so i would imagine developers and publishers make some money off of it right?

AWD seems to occasionally have some legitimately used product, but 99% of what i've seen is returns or damaged product.

I would imagine that amazon pays the publishers with the initial purchase, and then eats the cost of the return. Warehouse is their way of recovering that cost.
