What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for the 360 slim, or ps3 to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

Thanks for the response. Anything more then $100 still seems kind of high with the 3DS around the corner, even if MK is included. I think I will wait a few weeks and see if we see more of them flood the market and prices drop a bit or if they stay steady.

I traded-in a lot of PSP games in through the NorAM route and a lot of them seemed to show up on AWD a few days after I got the credit for them, could have just been coincidence I guess but it seems a bit unlikely.

Precisely why I caved this weekend and bought one on eBay. I was ruining myself and my relationship (haha) by sitting near my computer all day to save $20 on the thing. The acution I got includes like 7 different mario games (party, kart, 64, inside story, partners in time, princess peach, new smbros) and some accessories. It finished at $265, but I plan on selling off the games and my onyx DS Lite. So if anyone is in the market for those games or a very well cared for DS lite, PM me.

The clamshell ones are activated already before leaving Microsoft. It's the ones that are card only that need to be scanned and activated at the register before you can use them.
 
The ones in the clamshell are pre-activated. The ones at the checkout have to be activated. Nice one, can't complain about $29 for live.

Haha. Yes.

I'm not in shape but I'm not totally out of shape. My arms got tired shouldering it (or Aim Down Sights)... so instead I rested it in my lap like a "hip-fire" and it was fine. It was pretty cool but I have to get used to it.

I got a "like new" Mario Red XL a few weeks ago that was unopened. Perfect. Just received a "like new" Madden PSP bundle that was opened and had been played, and had 3 big scratches on the screen. Guess that one is going back. Cant win them all.
 
I have yet to test out my 160GB BF PS3...forgot to order an HDMI cable when I ordered it, so I ordered it this morning, hopefully I'll get to set it up in a couple days.

So did you think it wasn't as fun or worth it using it as a hip fire sitting down then? As weird as it looks holding a gun at the TV screen, I think it might just look even funnier shooting it from my lap lol

Hopefully you only paid $1 or so for that HDMI cable.:razz: I still have like a half dozen from the lot of 50 I bought from eBay a while ago.

It really amazes me how so many people OVERpay for stuff.:whistle2:#

Once you get around to testing that 160gb BF PS3, let me know if the HDD in it is a lil louder at startup than other PS3's. Mine sounds a bit louder than my 120gb PS3's when it first ramps up, but once the system is going for a bit you can barely hear it.

Then again I sit within 5 feet of my PS3, so that may be why I think it's so 'loud'.
 
My Street Fighter IV TE Stick came in today. This one was listed as 'acceptable' and I thought was brand new at first. The 'like new' one that came in had a busted box and it looked a bit more used. I'm almost convinced 'acceptable' is much better than 'like new' and 'good' stuff is used or broken.

nice, how much were they again? i only remember seeing a mention that one was $40 more
 
I got my LittleBigPlanet/Dualshock 3 Bundle today and while everything inside came perfect, the outside box looks like a dog took a bite out of the top of it. I can understand a damaged box, but I don't think I've ever seen a box in this bad of shape, even at Christmas with a 9 year old.

I got a 60GB to compare so I'm expecting this one to be much quieter, I'll post impressions here when I do test it out.

As for the HDMI cable, I paid about $4 from Amazon shipped. I would have gone with Monoprice, but I have Prime so 2 days vs who knows is worth the extra dollar or two.

Like I said though, ALL of my PS3's seem to sound loud to me probably because of how close I sit to them. Albeit the 120gb's HDD is quieter than the 160gb.

But at least it's not like that R&C/Singstar bundle I got that was just the damned console itself and everything was jacked up in that one.:cry:

My 160gb PS3 has a near silent fan and harddrive. I don't even think the fan goes up past the first speed level. The disc drive however is another story, it's louder than my 60gb fat PS3. I also sit within 5 feet of it, I mostly just hear the disc drive.

My 120GB is whisper quiet and I sit about 2 feet from the thing. Of course I also had a 60GB phat originally and that thing was a beast that roared. SO LOUD. And I sat farther from it than I do now. Of course now I have headphones on most of the time anyway so I rarely hear anything but the game I am playing.
 
To those wondering about this TE, $84.99. which is a steal, I sent the more expensive one back, it's perfect except for a torn box. They may sell it for cheap so keep an eye out fellas!!
 
Question for those that have ordered a system before. When it says "Minor Cosmetic imperfection" What has that turned out to be? Is it as bad as a large scratch or is it just some off-colored paint? Just curious as I was going to grab a ps3 bundle with a "Minor Cosmetic imperfection" on front top or side of the item.

its purposely vague. You never know whether its even the retail box, the included game or the console itself. Usually its not too bad unless its a detailed defect.

Thanks, I ordered a 244.99 PS3 Mode bundle with my 110 dollars amazon credit! 130 bucks for something 400 dollars in the stores is a pretty good deal I'd say :)
