What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for the 360 slim, or ps3 to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

Received my Silver Xbox Wireless Controller..little dissappointed in the condition.

Was described as like new, but I would more classify it as very good. The controller was clearly used and had some small cosmetic scratches on the controller. Actually had to clean the controller before I used it.

Did come complete with box, manual and accessories ( battery and plug in charger) and played fine. So while not happy with the condition at least it worked and was not horribly used.

Do like the D-pad design but need to get a fighting game to test it out..
 
I wanted to pick up Mass Effect 1 Platinum Hits from AWD. Are there any DLCs included and are they disc based or redemption codes? Thanks in advance.
 
I know it's not a game, but The Walking Dead Compendium has been popping up a lot on WD for $32.99. It's going for $36.99 right now from Amazon, but I just got a Warehouse copy that says it has a medium wrinkle or bend on the back cover and has never been read.
Don't know if anyone else is in the market or not for this.

I just picked up the "used - very good" for $28.99 for my brother. The $28.99 "used - like new" that I bought for me 4 weeks ago was brand new with a crushed corner of the case, but the disc was fine! :D

$7.99 "Like New" Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (Xbox 360) came (seemingly) factory sealed but with a huge broken/cracked part on the bottom right. Opened it up and the manual was dog-eared and the disc looked used. Not sure what's going on. Emailed them and they offered to return it, that's it. I did not specifically ask for them to offer any credit/etc.

I think I'm going to keep it at that price but it's disappointing that the descriptions can't be counted on. I thought Amazon would be reliable (seeing as most third-party sellers aren't on their site, in terms of condition description).

EDIT: nevermind they have another at $7.99. Going to buy again and return the worst of both copies.

Most games they generally just put as "Like New" no matter what condition it's actually in. Seems like with some of the newer stuff they've started to differentiate though.

I've ordered a ton of stuff of the amazon warehouse recently and all has pretty much been as described. A couple times there has been minor damage to the case when it was "Like New", but overall almost everythings has been great so far (except once receiving the wrong game in the case). I say almost because I got a couple like new PS1 games where the case was beat up although the contents were flawless.

Anyone can make mistakes and at that price for CoD4 I'd bet they accidentally listed it in the wrong condition.

I picked up a couple original GameBoy games, Super Mario Land and Metroid II. They better be in great shape like I'm hoping the SNES games I got yesterday are. The prices are good if they are complete and Like New, but crappy if they are not (and I already have the cartridges anyway). So far the oldest I've received in the mail is a GBA game which was complete in great shape. GBA isn't that hard to find complete though.

Also I managed to get Breath of Fire III. Thanks!

aem: good luck with your purchases. I bought Metroid II from Warehouse Deals a while back and it came completely crushed due to poor shipping in a bubble mailer with no other protection. Hopefully it's not the same copy! Cause I returned it.

Ugh that sucks. If that is the case it will definitely be going back. I probably shouldn't have even ordered Super Mario Land. Turns out the price I paid, $18.99, was very average. I could have just gotten it on eBay for the same price and better know what I was getting. I figured a complete copy was rare, but just about everyone that had a Game Boy had this game so I guess it must not be. Oh well, too late to cancel. Too worried about getting beat to some of the more uncommon games I find that I don't look the value up first.

yeah its definitely one of my favorite rpg's on the ps1. Got it when it first came out. Im surprised my copy has managed to stay in mint condition after all these years.

Unless you are out to plat the game/100% it, whatever... you will be disappointed. Was such a short game, all I have left is online trophies and collecting the borgia flags, and I will be selling it.

AC2 was much better.
