F.A.Q's

What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for the 360 slim, or ps3 to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.
What is the problem exactly? It just simply won't eject a disc? I'm expecting my move bundle to be waiting for me when I get home.
The PS3 has a disc inside left by the previous owner, when i try to eject it from the screen, it won't eject it. Using the front eject button also fails to eject the disc. Funny that there's a blue sticker outside the box saying "QC PASSED" but apparently they 're not checking the item before sending it
Technically, that would involve spending $10 on the subscription, no?
Yeah but at least you get all the coupons for a year. In this specific example it wouldn't work since you won't get the current issue. I placed my $10 order for @GAMER and have still yet to get my 1st issue.

Well that sucks. I guess that's not a problem that's likely to happen to me as well, but you never know. Good luck with your next one.

Is there a pinhole eject on PS3s? I have a fat and i think there may be a pinhole eject (like on Macs).
Can't you just remove the cover lid then eject the dick, problem solved.
I don't know man, that sounds pretty painful
Received my Ps3 move bundle today(like new?) from warehouse deals and unfortunately, it is defective! There's a problem with PS3 ejecting the disc. Serial number is CG913518142
Yikes.:whistle2:# So far that's around 4-5 defective or otherwise not as described consoles I've seen people mention getting.

Unfortunately I didn't jot down the SN from the defective one they sent me.:bomb: So maybe I'll just sit on this $250 in AMZ credit(since I got my refund today including the $5 for shipping I paid) for a while and hope that they eventually weed out all of the defective ones.

No wonder it got stuck. Next time, buy a fleshlight or something instead of a PS3. Or at least, don't return it.

Did you get a black Friday bundle? b/c i had the exact same problem and had to return it. I recently just got another ps3 from whd and guess what? It's also defective. It keeps freezing when a game is played. I'm really getting tired of these headaches.

I just received the Black Friday PS3 bundle I ordered on Saturday for (i think) $224.99.
Uncharted 2 and Karate Kid were unopened, and they didnt use the Pixel Junk Shooter code! The box was banged up, but everything looked like it was brand new, i didnt see any scratches or anything.

I'd eject my dick if it were Jennifer Aniston. "...Uh..ARRLKGJGGHHHHHh!!!!!!!"

Just scored a Halo Reach XBOX 360 Bundle for $248.99. It was used - acceptable.
Is this a deal? I am not too sure and still have time to cancel.

I ordered one too, haha. Wonder if we ordered at the same time and one of us gets our order cancelled. Seemed like too good of a deal to pass up.
has anyone bought an item that was listed as "acceptable" about 80 percent on buying a ps3 that's listed as "acceptable" for 177.
I purchased an "acceptable" PS3 last month. When I received it, there was a tear in the PS3 box but everything inside was like new. The controller looked like new, no scratches on the console. Been using it very often, no problems yet.
Not a WD, but Amazon Prime now includes free streaming of movies and tv shows.

More than worth the $80 a year now.
Unfortunately the free Student and Mom accounts don't get it
I'm happy i got the ps3 320gb + ps move bundle for $237.99 shipped. \\:D/
Was that price with or without gift cards?

This is kind of lame...I'm pretty sure they added a ton stuff but the new stuff is not showing up in the Amazon Warehouse deals list yet. The list usually updates pretty fast. Odd. Hope I'm not missing anything.

Quick question - how would someone start mining these Warehouse deals for themselves? Is there a certain Amazon link to follow that leads directly to Warehouse deals or something? I've tried looking before, but could never really find out how you all are able to spot so many deals. Please let us know what's the quickest way we can look up these deals to not only find items before they quickly sell out, but allow more people to actively hunt for these sort of deals as well. Thanks in advance...

I got my Xbox 360 4GB Kinect bundle (like new, $232.99) today. It came in the original Xbox box, and looked like it hadn't been used. I registered it online, and the one-year warranty expires in January. I'm really happy with everything.
