What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for the 360 slim, or ps3 to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

Did you order it with overnight shipping or two day shipping via Prime? I ask because if you ordered it w/ overnight shipping then chances are it may be delivered with the 'man in a van' package service, which is just a random guy showing up in usually a rented van/truck with your item on days when Fed Ex/UPS don't deliver.

It was Two day shipping via Prime and its stated to be delivered by tomorrow. i dont know if they can make that 600 mile trip and i will be bummed if it misses tomorrow.


And yeah, i got that random van guy once on a Tuesday when Black Ops released.

Me too. It was supposed to be delivered via UPS and didn't get to my house until 7pm. I was kinda pissed, I'm thinking it was from a UPS driver and he just misplaced the package. It was annoying seeing people post about playing BO on facebook and sending me text messages and whatnot, and having to wait on the UPS guy, ha.

On a brighter note, I watched nearly a whole season of The Wire while I waited :lol:

Lol, well, that's slightly better. It's just with the numbers being like 1 or 2 CEs a store, it just makes me wanna shoot flippers in the face since this is one of the few CEs I've ever wanted to have for collection purposes since I've been a huge MvC fan since the first one came out in arcades and the PSOne (like for the art book, as the previous poster noted, but the free DLC is nice too and it's a fun as hell game^_^). You are slightly excused because your avatar is Deadpool. I guess $55 out of pocket isn't too bad ultimately though for a new copy. Yeah, that avatar was pretty.. Morrigan, for lack of a better word, which is probably why it was changed.
 
I received my PS3 slim "Used-Very Good" today, and it is practically new. Everything was packaged just like it would have been new, but the console had a little bit of dust on it, other than that it was fine. Took 5 seconds to clean it up and you can't even tell it was used. All in all, good experience.

Almost forgot to report back, got the two pink ds lites I ordered for my girlfriend. I ordered two systems, a metallic rose and coral pink, both came in a regular cardboard box with just the charger and no original packaging (FYI for those ordering DS systems). Both were listed as Used Acceptable. The metallic rose system was in good condition aside from a nick or two on the outside body that were barely noticeable. But the coral pink system was all scratched up with signs of heavy use. I'll be sending the coral pink one back asap, so if anyone's in need of a pink system I'd say steer clear of the coral pink one that may show up soon.

I bought one. Besides a big smash in the box everything was brand new and completely unused. It was "Used-Good" and $70 something.
 
One of my packages was delivered yesterday by the tracking number yet I didn't see it in my mailbox anywhere, thought it was just an error and it would get delivered today. Nope, still no package and it says it was delivered yesterday. Anything I can do about this?

not bad. im hoping ill get mine for less than $70. that, or eventually ill find a decent slim ps2 on CL for $20.

Best bet is to look in any bushes you may have near your house, since if it was a UPS delivery they likely just chucked it n ran.:lol: Either that or check with a neighbor to see if maybe they picked it up for you.

It was USPS.
 
Yeah it most likely was delivered to the wrong address. You might wait a day or two to see if it turns up and if it doesn't contact Amazon and they should give you a refund.

They're usually accurate that if it was delivered it was dropped off somewhere. That's always my fear when it comes to online orders that certain packages that can't be left in the mailbox are instead left in front of my door. Especially living in an apartment, boxes where anybody can just take it. Luckily to date, I haven't had issues.

That's why if I know I'm expecting a package to be delivered I try to make sure SOMEONE will be home to receive it. But just the other day the mailman left a guide I was waiting for from a trade by my side door without so much as a knock.

If not for taking my dog out in the yard I would've likely only saw it when I went out the next day.

It was sorting them in somewhat the correct order for me. But I noticed that it's not 100% accurate on the high to low pricing when I was making the list.

I figured if anything it'd help people out to see what's available as far as systems go, since I think it showed some available.
 
How long after a game comes out do used copies typically start showing up in WHD? My gf would love DA 2 for her birthday and I luckily have $20 in Amazon credit at the moment. Given that the game comes out on March 8th, could I expect to snag a copy for $20-$30 (after credit) about a week or two after release?

I doubt you'll find one for that cheap within a week or two. maybe $40-$45
