What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for the 360 slim, or ps3 to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

Shouldn't be long for the returns, I believe a few popped up on release... probably damaged packaging in the warehouse. Most new releases you get a big surge around a week after release.

Most of that is talking about packaging, would trading it in even need anything but the stick itself? Not sure on that.

If you could just send it in by itself without packaging or instructions, I'm sure the stick would be in good enough condition to trade it in. I doubt they'd sell it if it wasn't acceptable to some degree.

Even if they didn't, that stick could easily be sold locally/on CAG to break even on the purchase, at a minimum. If I had the cash to make this flip, I would have.

Yeah. I was able to return the console easily. But after reading so many great stories of people getting truly like new stuff I was a bit disheartened by receiving a total pos.

Although I think around the same time a bunch of other people received stuff that clearly was not as described.

I ended up taking a chance on and receiving a full Black Friday bundle about a month ago. Both the game and Blu-Ray were sealed and the DLC voucher was unused from it. So it was definitely a complete 180 from my prior experience.:applause:
 
speaking of fight sticks, not sure how u all feel about the hori ones but i just traded in a hori ps3 fighting stick so it should be on awd pretty soon if anyones interested. decided i only have room for 1 , and thats the mk te fightstick.

Quick question, as you seem to be a fighting stick master xD Are either the Soul Calibur IV or Tekken 6 fighting sticks any good? I know the Tekken one is wireless.

I actually know next to nothing about them... just been interested in grabbing one lately so i have a bunch on watch.

From what I've read the tekken stick is decent, but not as easy to mod. Shoryuken has a bunch of info on it. If you don't want to wait the bundle is like $60 right now amazon fulfilled.
 
I've been trying since release to at least see a copy, but anybody know the price range on MLB 2K11 (360) or '11 The Show (PS3)? Not getting it yet, but figured I'd at least see one by now, baseball season is nearly here.

It was in fact "like new" but I couldn't and still can't find the description to see what "defects" it has

(Sorry if this is an obvious thing to spot but its my first time buying on awd)
 
Is this not a good time for DsiXL's or am I going to have to wait until black friday? I might just get a 3DS don't know.. I kind of want to play pokemon emerald but can't with Dsi. I will probably only play RPG's so I don't really care about the 3D part.

I don't know what you mean. Why would you wait until Black Friday? DSiXL's pop up on AWD fairly regularly. Also, Pokemon Emerald is a GBA game so the 3DS won't be able to play that either (only the regular DS and DS Lite's have Game Boy backwards compatibility)

My DS can't play GBA games, I think it's just DS lites

So did I! 320GB Playstation 3 Move Bundle for $261.99! Must have been a couple available but it does not look like anymore are up now.

After watching AWD like a hawk for the last week, yesterday and today finally payed off. 250GB Xbox 360 Kinect Bundle for $304 yesterday and a 320GB PS3 Move Bundle for $261 today.

Think its worth it to get the Squaretrade Open Box 1 year warranty? Its $45 which is pretty steep for only 1 year of coverage but the peace of mind would be nice.

Unless Amazon has changed the receipts/packing slips they include with the bundles to say 'used-like new' somewhere on them, then you can likely use that to claim warranty service for up to a year from Sony with just that.

Moreover, Sony themselves has extra warranties for $44.99 for one year and $59.99 for two years for the PS3.

For Open Box items you have to buy the warranty from Squaretrade directly from amazon so you cannot use coupon codes. Squaretrade does not offer warranties for used items normally.

In my order confirmation email and packing slips from previous AWD consoles it does say Used - Like New (or whatever condition you ordered it in). So I would not be able to get the warranty direct from Sony. Oh well, I will just use them a lot for first 30 days and as long as I have no problems, I will just hope they last.

30 bucks for a move controller, game, and camera??? Seriously?? No. You'll get at least 50-60 after shipping and fees. Some people think you lose 60% of your money from eBay. This is not Gamestop here, you might lose 15% at the most.

I am going to try to sell mine on craigslist for $70. I have seen some on my local craigs between $60 and $80 that have sold.

I have that Socom 4 Move Bundle preordered for $150 which is why I am selling the Move out of the 320GB Bundle. The Socom 4 Bundle has a lot more value IMO because it comes with the move controller, eye, nav controller, Socom 4 Game, and the Move Sharpshooter.

A buddy of mine bought a Very Good Move Bundle for $244, and sold it on ebay for around $330. This was a few weeks ago.

Anyhow, I forgot to mention when I got my move bundle the other day. I bought a like new model and it came opened, but everything was brand new. Console had never been used, no charge on the controller, everything in the original wrapper. So I was pretty happy about that, since I never bought a console from AWD before.

I'm having a pretty good time with the Move, I like it a lot so far. Now just to get a sharpshooter so I can play Killzone 3 with the move. I'm still thinking about getting the Socom Move bundle because I'd like an extra move controller and want the nav controller too.

Hooray! Welcome to the PS3 Move Bundle bangwagon :D I picked up a Very Good condition one yesterday for a little cheaper. Hoping it is still beautiful!
