What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for the 360 slim, or ps3 to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

Anyone remember back when we were able to get games from the EA store for like $2.75, there was a combination of a percentage coupon for pax and a $15 coupon from recycle bank and it all stacked. I think it was like a year or a year and a half ago. Well anyways, I have finally gotten in on a deal that has beaten it. Congrats Amazon, if any of my games get shipped I will for sure be buying my new computer and Playstation 3d monitor from you guys.

I don't have prime and ended up getting two games. Unfortaunely these penny games are coming up $5 each. Any possible way to combine an order?

I was actually about to go to sleep. I brushed my teeth, checked the computer to see 13 new emails. I'm like.. oh great... My orders all got cancelled.. Investigated... MIND fuckING BLOWN ... posted on cag... took images for proof.. watched everyone be amazed, and now i probably won't be able to sleep.

You gotta figure, even if this dude sells all 65 copies at just $20 each, he's going to make like $1300. A nice profit for a 65 cent investment.

Congrats poker. Now I have some hope that they'll ship Madden 11 (360,ps3), La noire (360,ps3), dragon age 2 (360), crysis 2 (360,ps3) and Homefront (360).

for those who order the games i wouldnt even think about flipping them back to amazon... they can ban your account very very quickly

if my roommates order ships i be pissed.... i found out they ordered 25x madde

seemed they wanted to do 2 of something and 5 of another and some how the order hit 25 on the maddens

all i know is there is no way in hell they are storing 25 maddens in my house

Considering UPS & USPS won't operate Sunday/ Monday Amazon might have time to pick up the pieces. It's crap like this that will destroy the trade in program and Amazons willingness to provide consistent deals.

Thats a good point. Even if your order says shipped amazon will be able to figure out the glitch before all of the items actually hit the mail.

When/If someone reviews the weekend video game sales reports and sees alot of .01 sales the panic button could be pressed..
 
I could see amazon swooping in and claiming a computer glitch with people ordering 65 copies. If everyone had ordered one copy they would probably eat it but those that ordered multiples might get the whole computer error isn't an amazon problem response. They could use the banking error approach where even if the bank makes a deposit into your account on accident your responsible for telling them about their error.

My two copies of Madden 11 is still shipping soon.

My one copy of Cyrisis 2 is still in limbo.

lol i used my amazon store card to pay for my 3 orders so i'm interested what excuse they can come up with for their own credit card not working.

No I'm not saying that they would say there was a billing error I'm saying they can blame it on a computer malfunction. In banking if the "computer" makes an error with a deposit it is the person who accidentally receives the money to notify the bank about their error. Amazon could try and go that route and claim that it was a computer glitch and they apologize and issue everyone a $5-10 credit.

According to my shipping confirmation email:
Your order is being shipped and cannot be changed by you or by our customer service department.
 
I really think this is all going to be very random as to who have their orders fulfilled.

Kind of like the scenario of who had the Madden 12 TRU PM for $44.99...here's hoping Lady Luck is once again on my side!
