What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for the 360 slim, or ps3 to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

Prestige has handle all of my Amazon orders for the past 2 months or so. Was always UPS before that. Prestige is usually a day late on the prime shipping, and they come in their own personal vehicles. Not a fan
 
So far out of the 9 different games I tried for, I've had 4 cancellations and 1 mysterious disappearance (they were the ones stuck on "not yet shipped" so its not surprising).

I still have 4 stuck on shipping soon, so theres still hope. Unfortunately, they are my least 4 wanted games on the list of course.
 
Calling attention to why your 1 cent games order was cancelled is selfish to the rest of us...just as bad as the hoarders. You have no respect for those who still might get these...if my order is cancelled I won't be calling anyone.

Nah I just let it go. Occasionally they will get something to me a day early, so i just accept it. Prestige has a lot of complaints on Amazon though. They also never bring the package all the way to the door. I just dislike that i may see a mini van drive past my window, but i never know he stopped and put a package on my sidewalk.

I just got that one too, I'm assuming its about my LA Noire copy that disappeared on me this morning. My other 4 games still show shipping soon.

I ordered LA Noire by itself with $5 shipping.

Killzone 3 and Fallout NV were about 30 min later for $6 shipping.

Not soon after Fallout was canceled on me and Killzone stayed. This morning Killzone disappeared.

LA Noire still shows as shipping soon. Congrats to those who got a shit ton of games for $.12. I feel like a sucker paying $5 for one...

My latest order of DA2 and Homefront shipped but the rest are still in "Shipping Soon" limbo. I have a feeling the latter will be cancelled soon enough, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
 
Whoever complains to amazon about their order being canceled is just a plain ol duche. Amazon are justified for canceling these orders (for obvious reasons). The fact that some are being honored is kudos to amazon as far as I'm concerned. The only ones complaining are probibly the hoarders and they deserve to get their orders canceled anyway.

I'm going to continue calling and complaining just because of all the people being d-bags in this thread. I'm not happy until the shipped orders have been recalled by Amazon!

I'm not really mad though, I missed out on what I wanted and only could order FO: NV, and even that, I wanted to wait on a GOTY edition for.

A goty version of New Vegas is coming. I remember there being an article on joystiq about how there was a page on the uk's amazon site that has since been pulled. I caved in a few weeks ago and bought it since it was $6 though.
 
If more orders get canceled we all know why. I'm dissapointed I missed out but I would not cause any others to miss out. fucking whiners messing things up for others drives me insane
 
Also got the price mistake email (4 of them) from Amazon. I'm just happy that i got one game. Although every time i see a deal on LA Noire or Crysis 2 i'm going to be like damn i could've had those for a penny each lol

I got the same email for the missing order this morning. My remaining order is still there. But I don't have a high hope because sooner or later Amazon will cancel them. Congrats to Pokeman.

Got those e-mails too, but only for the games that were cancelled. The shipped game wasn't included. Just throwing that out for the sake of posterity.
 
Amazon said that all orders that were shipped were being recalled, so that doesn't sound like it's a guarantee at this point.

That's good to hear, I think I'll get shipping emails for Portal 2 and Crysis 2 since they were all in my inbox within an hour of each other (2:20 then 3:20 now maybe around 4:21.) Even if I'm wrong, a man can dream :pray:
