F.A.Q's

What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for the 360 slim, or ps3 to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.
I think there is one code for Arkham Asylum GOTY. It is for the Joker maps if I remember correctly
Any clue why the normal edition of Arkham Asylum costs more than the GOTY edition? Any reason why I would want the original?

It's probably thanks to lots of trade-ins of GOTY--Wal-Mart offered the GOTY edition packed with Arkham City for MSRP. I'm guessing lots of folks like me already had Asylum, so they just flipped the extra copy.

If that's not the case, then I dunno.

Also, most everyone probably has this already, but for those who don't:
Lost Planet CE $7.12 - http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-list...oFilter=1&sort=sip&me=&seller=&condition=used

Acceptable dreamcast $15
I was thiiiiiiiiis close to biting, but then I realized that almost all the games that I'd play on the DC would be the ones that I have already because they've been re-released on other consoles. Stuff that hasn't been on other consoles would be Typing of the Dead, Grandia II, and Shenmue 1, but I can't bring myself to purchase another console just for those!

Grandia II was re-released on PS2, but with technical issues so the Dreamcast version is still the best.
Got a Skyrim Collectors for Xbox for $112.49 Like New. Much better than $150. Hopefully that means a cheap/free copy of Skyrim for me.
It's on sale for $129.99 new as part of Amazon's deal day today.

Yeah I see. Well still $17 or so better. I'll take it. With my luck it'll be missing the artbook and they'll tell me it's an accessory so technically I should have known this could happen according to their terms. Then I'll bitch about it here and people will call me dumb for buying a CE from Warehouse Deals.

I did buy a "like new" 3DS the other day for $127 which was in worse condition than a "good" one I had bought. The like new one was missing the AR cards or whatever theyre called. No big deal for the price but again just my luck.

That my friend is a steal. I have the price checker with alert on it and still missed it. I hope one pops back up even though it is on sale for $129 right now at Amazon.
How good is Amazon Warehouse with DLC codes? I want the MvC3 Special Edition mainly for the two character codes.
They usually come with used codes but some people have gotten unused online passes. So it's possible but don't count on it.

Hey guys I have a question concerning DLC. Are the vouchers for content, online passes, and bonuses to redeem time sensitive? I have some games that have codes for them but will need to wait as I clear my backlog. For example I have a new Dragon Age Origins Ultimate edition that has bunch of stuff as DLC. I am not going to get to it anytime soon so is it ok to leave the codes intact and alone or should I redeem the codes now?

I redeemed the code that came with brotherhood for ps3 (said it expired in august or something) and it worked fine, same with my killzone 3 code.
I wouldn't risk it though, 20 seconds to type in a code to ensure it works when you play later is well worth the investment of time.
Amazon [amazon.com] has the Duke Nukem Forever Balls of Steel edition for $17.99 for the PS3

Regular version is $18.25

if that was for the 360 I would have loved to pick it up. Still considering picking up the PS3 version though...
