What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for the 360 slim, or ps3 to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

my "Acceptable" copy of Old Republic arrived today. It's brand new, just has a scratch on the outer case which is no big deal. Best part is now I'll be able to play at the midnight launch since it arrived early :D
 
I got in my "like new" copy of prince of Persia the forgotten sands today and all i have to say is "like new" my ass ! There was a big slice across the front of the case and the cover art was sliced as well. Of course this forced me to do my good old gamestop case swap lol. I just Took the used label off the mint case from gs and put it on my sliced up one. Then i just swaped them and made sure my copy was complete lol. Gamestop case swap ftw !
 
My "good" Rage came today. The disc were in good shape, but the codes were used, so since its christmas time does anyone want to hook up your buddy royal high knight with anarchy dlc code?

It was too late. I jumped on the $16 when it was first reported. Thats why, alos I dont think they would of shipped me the AE, or are all copies the AE?

Why make GS suffer for Amazon's mistake? FTW. Amazon always handles these issues quickly and fairly.

True but:

1. My gamestop (or all of them for that matter) dont care about the cases so its all good
2. This is part of my father's christmas gift and If i send it back to get another one the exchange might not be completed before christmas.

Its not making gamestop suffer because they "suck". Its making a customer who buys the game suffer because they will get given a case they shouldn't have.

Should have just contacted amazon. They would have taken care of it, and not fucked someone else who wants to play over

Yeah, pretty much every game had a restock, even Saints Row 3 showed up. Wish I still had Amazon credit at this point (or less games to play).
