What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Mpst of my computers are going to have Sold State Drives in them. I'm waiting for my $40 Kingston Drive to be delivered later today. The only computer that doesn't have a SSD is the Samsung laptop that my mother/sister uses.

yeah, that was my main reason for posting it haha.

i didn't see it new for $14.99. Usually it's been on sale for $19.99 or mid $20's. It's been at $21.60 TIV for like FOREVER.

I thought more people might have done something like that, but I guess not.

It's pretty easy to do, too--when I picked up a copy of Killer Is Dead (non-LE) from a GS B2G1 more than a month ago to trade into AMZ for ~$33.20, I figured I should verify its UPC to confirm it would be accepted. When the result was "Product not found", I panicked for a bit until I realized I could find the right UPC, print it out, and tape/glue it over the original UPC. I was nervous after shipping KID out, but I was credited the Good amount shortly thereafter.

Ok I must be missing something obvious here. Is this even legal? You warehouse pros feel free to chime in and show me my padawan ways lol

I would have done it for my Xillia CE but I didn't know this since it was my first rejection :(

Well I guess I learn from my mistakes.

I think it was fine, at least in my case where Amazon didn't have separate pages for the LE and standard versions of Killer Is Dead and the actual page for the :360: version didn't mention the LE bonuses at all, so I think it was an error on their part that the UPC didn't match.

I definitely wouldn't recommend doing this sort of thing frequently, though. Hopefully that was a one-time occurrence for me.

Grabbed a dinger PS3 GTAV bundle for $160+tax. Atleast I think it's a dinger "Large cut/scratch on set case. Large wrinkle/bend on set case."

They were re-shrink wrapped so I gutted them when I did it. One went in with the DLC card and one without (but both with the proper cover), both had the amazon used stickers on the back, and both were accepted without issue.

Oh I just bought a new one since the used ones were all bought up (looking at the rest of you guys lol). So Idk if I should jsut leave it in the original wrapping with the sticker or not...

Same here, bought the (LN) version and besides a large dent on the back of the box everything inside was pristine and unused. I would like to thank coopscohen again for alerting us to such an awesome deal, I usually always miss these killer deals.

Glad to hear it guys! I got my (G) condition one in on Tuesday and besides the outer slip cover being ripped, it was in LN condition pretty much. A steal for the price IMO.

Ugh, the X1 BF4 I bought came in today and there's a small dent in one of the edges. I afraid to even put the disc in my X1 but did so anyone just to see if the disc would read. Sure enough it did. But I'm not sure if I should just try to install it or send it back.
