What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Hey if it makes Vigilante feel better. Ive never gotten in on those sub $5 games or cheap CEs though Im glad some of you guys get them. My AWD credit took a hit Black Friday with my Vita so I have been keeping my purchases to like 2 a month. :cold:

Didn't you get one of those $7 Dark Souls CEs? I know the feeling though, always miss the sub $5 games doing something like parenting or while I'm posting other deals.

So I did see a dinger Ys CE earlier for $35 but it said large crack so I didn't wanna gamble. And with the 50% trade promo at Gamestop later this week, I think I have enough trade bait to buy it new.

Oh and I bought that 50 cent Cybertiger.

Mine was A with a similar description and the cardboard was just torn along the bottom flap but otherwise sealed and new.

Just depends on what the item is and the condition it's listed. I have received stuff that could be considered new but with small blemishes listed as acceptable. I've also received incomplete stuff in the acceptable condition (which can happen). Most stuff will be ok, but don't be surprised if the box/case is beat up some.

Standard disclaimer: You're buying something used and sight unseen so it's a gamble, period. If you're not OK with the description as it's written then don't order it as excessive returns can lead to a banning.

Anyway, I think that most of us that haunt this thread have largely had very good luck with AWD and that's why we stalk it. Condition of stuff can vary wildly unfortunately despite description and that seems to have gotten worse in the last couple months. I know I'm not the only one who has had far better luck with good rated items than like new as of late. A lot of us love the dinger as well which is something that has damaged packaging but should otherwise be fully functional and often brand new.

their conditons dont address the product, its like generic crap.

Includes everything, packaging may be damaged.

3ds and vitas

theyre mostly in "good" with vague descriptions

I can care less about the box/manuals long as the product isnt wrecked

 
With good, it should include everything. Generally packaging damage indicates that it was damaged new merchandise, but you never really know. Handhelds like the 3DS and Vita shouldn't have scratches on the screen for good either. You can also get an easy return if you're not satisfied.

$117.80 for a VG Blue/Black 3DS XL

not bad not bad. Back ordered due in stock the 29th. They have the pink and black listed as New for $170 due in Dec 31st. Dunno if that's normal price or maybe a price drop or maybe nothing at all.

My VG Amazon Ultimate Disney Infinity Bundle was just delivered. The figures all come in their original packaging in a plain brown box (inside a larger Amazon shipping box). The plain brown box was bit beat up, but all of the figures inside are completely fine. 

Only problem is that the Sorceror Mickey figure is not included. I insta-bought as soon as I saw the listing pop up and didn't pay that much attention to the description. Has anyone seen any AWD listings that mention that any figures are missing? I don't really care much about the figure (my kids are more into cars and toy story), but I'll still say something to customer service - just wondering if anyone has heard or seen that these bundles are not always complete.

I saw one pop into stock, I think Sunday, and didn't notice anything about a missing figure. Just the standard "item may not be in original packaging" that almost everything seems to have. That's a pretty big disappointment that the timed exclusive figure was missing :(

Thanks for the replies - Amazon CS offered a full refund for return or $20 refund to keep it, so I took the $20. It's annoying to miss out on the timed exclusive, but my kids won't even notice it's not there and my wife (who's not a video game person at all) is excited to try out the Frozen figures.

Not bad! $20 sounds really fair considering your family isn't going to miss anything. That's a great haul for AWD price minus $20.

I'm pretty sure the customer rep from M$ I was talking to was flirting with me hardcore, unless M$ changed their policy on being nice and trying to get personal with their customers. I purchased Spartan Assault on the One trying to use my $12.50 in currency and the leftover on my Paypal, instead it just charged me the full $14.99 via Paypal. Anywho, throughout the phone call shes telling me about her kids, her job, asking me what my plans for Christmas are, and I just rolled with it. It worked out great in my end because she ended up refunding me the full amount, so free Spartan Assault and she noticed that my Live was running out in January so she e-mailed me two one month codes. This really can't be one of those M$ CS turns into Amazon CS type of situations because then hell would have really frozen over.

:ps4: Madden 25 - $33.95 (VG)

A bit off topic, but I just got back from a local Game X Change with a complete copy of Fire Emblem for the Gamecube.  I saw it sitting on the shelf and had to do a double-take when I glanced at the price tag of $24.95.  I was actually going in for the Madden 25 strategy guide I saw there last week and was very happy to buy myself another Christmas gift.

AHHHHHHH I bought the "Like New" Disney Infinity Infinite Bundle the other day for $150, and had it shipped overnight to make sure it got here for Christmas. I opened the box this morning and the only thing that was there was the Mickey figure. It didn't say anything was missing in the listing I am flipping my fuck  ing shit right now!!!!

Keep an eye out!  I have been camping for Sonic and Mario Olympics for my son and just scored one with the controller for 29.82 in Good condition.
