What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

I ordered an Xbox 360 on Saturday the 11th, and it is still listed as "Preparing for Shipment". Can anyone tell me whether this is average for AWD? Going back in the thread I have seen some complaints, but couldn't find anything very specific. Should I be worried? The estimated delivery date is the 16th through the 21st.

The description had said there was 'significant tearing' on both the cover art and the manual so I was expecting something pretty bad, but it turns out the game was sealed new (y-fold, everything inside was in there and pristine) with just a tiny cut on the plastic wrap =D Very glad I took a chance on it!

Gotta love those, I got three new games in a row from them without even that much damage over the summer.

 
Whelp just got that "Very good" Assassin's Creed IV CE for ps3. I think its the same one the other guy in this thread got. Statue is fuuucked up. I would recommend NOT buying this one when it hits again when I send it back. Everything else in the CE was in great shape except for that broken statue.

i once returned an alarm clock and put a mark on it. I seen awd list one again and bought it for little more. Well it was my return go figure and it would not work when plugged in so i doubt they check much at all just relist broken returns until someone just keeps it and takes the lost...

That sucks. Don't think it was the same one tho, I sent mine back to Amazon on Monday. Which means now there are 2 with broken statues that will pop up on AWD. I agree I wouldn't take the chance on ordering it from warehouse deals. I picked up a new 360 copy from the Microsoft store today for $59.99. If you don't care about what system its for, that's a good deal.

Hmm not bad at all. Was it at a physical store or online?

 
My $50 3DS came in. Charger and 3DS only with a ghetto stylus and the screen is a bit scratched. But I bought it with credit and only have about $25 total money invested so I can't complain.

Hopefully not scratched enough to interfere with gameplay. You gots yourself one hell of a library to explore!
 
I screwed myself thanks to all the AWD 3DS deals I grabbed plus other deals I have 13 games and no idea where to start. Damn you AWD making me want to keep buying more and more. Xbox 360 I bought still hasn't shipped sadly =\

Honestly, I feel the same way. Selling off the AC IV LE bonuses is one thing, but Zelda...man, that series rocks, and I still haven't gotten to play Skyward Sword yet. :oops:

Heh, bought it for my son to be honest. I have a regular and an XL for myself and another regular one for my one daughter. Figured it was a decent enough price for a "box damaged" unit. Besides, with a wife and four kids somebody is bound to enjoy it in my family  ;)

My Tomb Raider and Metro haven't even entered preparing for shipment. Have a feeling they will be canceled which would suck since I ordered right when they were posted.
