What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

 anyone bought a Disney Infinity Starter Pack? Man, I'm tempted for the price but do they send all the stuff. The description says this:

Fully playable game is included; downloadable content (DLC) or codes for online play may require additional purchase. Packaging may be damaged.

If it's good or above they should, if it's acceptable it might be missing stuff.

Everything should be there but the packaging will be damaged. I have seen those kits and they are huge and have pointy corners so for a cardboard boxes that they are in, it is easy to put bend and creases on it. Hence, the damaged packaging.

 
So I had to send Amazon emails for four different orders where I wanted to apply my gift card balance but it was telling me to contact CS and they're addressing the orders in reverse of how I submitted them which I find very odd.  So basically you want to be the most recent person to contact CS.

Interesting.... I just did it through chat. I just gave them the order #'s that I wanted them to apply my gc balance to and they took care of it.

If it's missing charger, it will be sent back immediately. I assumed it was a given with the console.

I dislike talking directly to them. They took care of three of them straight away but still haven't gotten to the first one yet.

I'm still sad I missed the Xbox 1 earlier. Even kept checking the page at work and as in cart. GONE. oh well

My 360 I got a week ago is doing good though. Sucky you need an adaptor for Internet. :/

xb1s have been popping up pretty consistently as of late so you may get lucky with one sooner or later.

 
The tp I ordered has been separated into multiple orders now according to the email I just got. too bad I was kinda looking forward to the giant box on the flat bed truck. It would be fun for the kids to play it xD.  They said they aren't charging me separate shipping which is good as I would of been peeved to see 40$ in credit magically disappear.  I guess this is the first time anyone's tried to order 240 rolls of tp from them before. hopefully they don't take away the bundling for free shipping option on it in the future. btw there were still 2 left in stock when I ordered of the 40 double rolls.

That said, on an unrelated note, I called Amazon today to apologize for constantly sending back Funko Pop figures with shitty paint jobs and tried to casually mention I was worried about getting in trouble for making so many Funko returns. The guy laughed at me.  Apparently I have a 'loyal, concerned customer' note on my account for another similar call I had made about doing a return at some point in the past.

Well I ordered two because I wasn't sure what condition I wanted since it was just going to be used for emulators, things that aren't on Vita, etc. If you really want one you're welcome to one for cost + shipping. Based on Amazon's listed weight for it shipping would probably be about $5-6 for 2 day USPS (which is actually the cheapest option for this).

And people call me a monster.

Legit. I want one for my new 360 but on eBay ad amazon cheapest I'm seeing them is like $35

Unless one that goes to gamestop works then I don't care haha
