What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Got my $28.79 Mass Effect 3 LE for the PC today. Yea!
The box is slightly crushed and the steelbox is slightly scratched.
Amazon rated the game at very good condition which is correct.
The only thing I'm not happy about is the stupid stickers (3.5 of them) on the back of the case.
The half sticker was a PITA to removed/cleaned.
And yes, the dlc code arrived unused.
(this seems to be YMMV though. a few cags were not as lucky
I'm guessing some *$@ brought the game/installed the game+dlc/returned it back to Amazon)

Suks that the steel book is scratched. The Mass Effect CEs have sexy steel books. The only thing on par with the ME 2 and 3 steel book for me was the Moden Warfare 3 one.

QFT. The hinge is actually a flexible plastic they just glued onto two separate metal plates to make up the case, instead of a (more) proper hinge like real Steel Books have. I bought mine new from BBY, and you could still see rough edges where they snipped the plastic bits from the mold :hot:.

I hope other people were luckier than myself & the dude I quoted, but I somehow doubt that. At least you guys payed less than the $80 I did, lol.

I was pissed about how stiff the spindle was for the ME2 CE, but at least the case itself was solid.
 
thats because its not a steel-book, its a metal-pak. says so inside the case. steelbook is a brand name, not necessarily the name of the actual item, much like band-aid is a brand name for bandage.
metal-pak is steel-book's annoying poser generic brand wannabe. ea used metalpaks when da:eek: collectors ed came out, for some reason there was a wave of steelbooks released and a wave of metalpaks. the metalpaks were vastly inferior. if u looked at the me3 item description, it always said

Hm...I've had C4C running on MGS Vita for the last hour or so. For about the past 5 minutes, it started going off after every refresh, and I'd have to go in and enable it again (PC is in another room). The weird thing is, it's not actually changing. The used page still says 1-3 offers available. No idea what's going on, but I shut it off because I couldn't stand it anymore. I think it's a little too early for this one to start showing up anyway, since it just released 2 days ago.

Gahh! MK for vita is gone! that was fast. Anyways do you know the specific timefrime when AWD updates their list? It seemed like they do it @ 3:00 AM PST but i am not really sure.

It is pretty random. They have small refreshes here and there and then they have restocks between 7pm (E.T) and 4am (E.T) at random days.

I see, thanks for the info. Been waiting to get my hands on a 32 GB memory card at around $50. One guy here was lucky enough to snag one.

I'm still pissed that they canceled my order, I saw five CE's for $63.xx a few weeks back. Rushed in and managed to place an order, and received a notification a week later that it had been canceled :(.

Two other people I know that managed to get in on the deal (this was on SD) did get their CE and apparently only the box was beat up to hell but the contents were brand new.

For what it's worth if you already have the game and can get a CE with an unused code and don't want the wings, sell that cd key...

I got a CE at a lone GS while traveling last weekend and sold the cd key itself for $175 on eBay :/
 
I hope someone grabs up that Sniper Elite 2 for $29. I want it but have to wait a bit longer to be able to buy it. The demo was surprisingly cool though and the harder difficulties with bullet drop and drag and stuff seem like they could be really fun to master.

How many codes are there supposed to be? One for the "From the Ashes" DLC, one for the online multiplayer? (Is the online multiplayer code the one on the back of the manual?)

Two codes
1 for the ce game (back of manual) and
1 for the dlc (a separate insert next to the manual for the from the ashes dlc)

I brought the pc version which doesn't require an online pass.
(not sure if there is a 3rd code for the multiplayer online pass with the ps3/xbox version)

I actually knew it wasn't an 'official' steel book, and was just using that term like one would say band-aid. I'm pretty sure you aren't calling us out for doing that, just clarifying in general. If that's the case, thank you for supplying the info.
If not, eat a dick. ;)

That said, I actually have other non-steel book metal dvd/media cases in my collection, and they were nowhere near the level of crap quality that the ME3 case was in.
 
My ME3 360 is obviously new. Has a scratch but it hasn't been opened.

I already had the online pass and CE DLC.

First person who PMs me can have the dlc as long as you'll leave feedback.
 
Bought ME3 CE last night around 1 a.m. when it was $28 after debating for a while if should wait to buy it next week. I checked this morning to see if it processed and now the price for the CE went up to $42. How lucky am I lol?
 
Diablo 3 purchased from Warehouse Deal had cd-key used. Now have to return it. Amazon has been really messing up for me lately. I even got a bootleg DVD from Warehouse Deals.

Crap, wonder if that was my fault? :whistle2:#.

I sent them a message yesterday asking why the PS3 version was $49.xx while the 360 one was still $26.xx - $28.xx.

I really wanted the PS3 version but since it shot back to $50 there was no way I'd pay that for it, but all I got was a generic response saying they don't price match Amazon.com, which wasn't what I asked. :'(
