What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

I don't know if you care if it's a downloadable or physical copy but on eBay there are downloadable copies for a buy it now price of 6.99. I picked one up a few weeks ago.

I just picked one up actually. It is a pretty good game. I need a kinect now to try out that part of it, but it is still really fun with a controller.

I wouldn't count on it including any codes/pass unfortunately.

I bought Twisted Metal used at GameStop (used a B2G1 coupon I had and flipped the 2 copies FF13-2 I got in the deal to Amazon so that Twisted Metal only cost me $21 in credit out of pocket). It was complete but the codes for Twisted Metal Black (the free downloadable game) and the Online Pass weren't included in the game.

GameStop did give me an Online Pass Code for Twisted Metal on the receipt with my purchase though, so i got one that way. Dunno if that's common or something new (I never buy used games priced that high or games that require online passes at GameStop).

If the copy of Twisted Metal on AWD is legitimately used (and not new/damaged stock) then I'd say the liklihood of getting those unused codes probably isn't very high...

GS has been making deals with companies with their codes. They did the same thing with Catwoman on Arkham City. It's always hit or miss with codes from AWD. If a code is important to you, buy new or from someone who can vouch for a working code. You could get one from Blockbuster. It was worth the $2 (now $3) to grab some extra codes by renting a new release. They usually just left the codes in the cases.

has anyone bought from NetDealz? Its fulfilled by amazon, so that means its the same return policy and process as AWD itself, right?
 
I'm kind of new to this, are the restocks completely random or have you guys noticed any patterns?

I'm looking for a PS3, and the last two days I've seen some pop up around 5 CST. Just a coincidence?

Yeah, likely a coincidence. There are no long-term patterns that I've been able to discern. I've seen stuff pop up in the middle of the night and the middle of the day. Restocks, price-drops, price-raises. Restocks do usually seem to come in waves though...

If you do figure out a pattern, feel free to clue us all in though... ;)

I wanna say that I've bought something from them in the past (maybe a DVD or something) but I can't remember what specifically.

But yeah, you're covered as long as the seller is fulfilled by Amazon. Same return policy and everything applies. It's painless...

Some Target stores had these for $10 or under recently. But YMMV as always with those kinda deals. I know I saw one of the "Ultimate" Editions with an as-is or online item sticker about 2-3 weeks ago at a Target here. It's long gone now though.

Ah, two. Like I said, I'm not too interested, and definitely will have to pass unless its an insane deal. But I'm hopeful some fellow CAGs can get lucky in the coming weeks! :)

Also..has anyone here bought FFXIII-2's Collectors Edition from Amazon's Warehouse? There's a bunch of Very Good conditions and a Like New, was wondering what my chances are of getting one that doesn't have the bonus stuff redeemed

I could go out and buy a Vita this am but I want one lower than $175 so I am more than willing to wait!
