What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Posting again to say that I realized the problem it's getting.

There's an issue with the touchscreen where it recognize my press as sliding up or down, so that's why it doesn't recognize hitting the back button and the likes.

My current solution is to hold the screen with my right thumb and then press the button. Dunno if this is a regular occurrence. Gonna look into it abit more before making the call on repair.

The PlayStation Store has it on sale for $19.99 right now. Not sure if this ends later today or not though. I'm thinking of picking it up actually. I played the demo and it was really good. Hard but really good.

Better off getting a physical copy, it would be easier to sell or trade when you're done.

Yep I got one for $105 last week listed as like new and it was brand new factory sealed. Good deal. There were also some "very good" for $98.xx and they sat there for quite awhile. Was surprised how long they lasted.

Also, they dropped the price on the currently listed ones (there's 6) to $122.73. I'd buy it and resell but I don't feel like being banned from Amazon.

There was a guy on ebay who around release was buying every single BIN Diablo 3 collectors edition. last time i checked he had around 20 purchased all around $200+ He bought mine. I loved that guy.


On the shitty end Amz just increased the price of ME3 collectors editions ugh

Was there anything wrong with it? Are you sure it was the original factory seal and not an Amazon reseal? I'm just wondering why Warehouse Deals would have these instead of Amazon just selling them as New if there was nothing visibly wrong with them. If it was a return, I'm not sure I would risk someone having messed with it. I have always wondered if all Amazon returns eventually end up with AWD even if they are still in perfect, brand new condition.

There wasn't anything wrong with it. I looked at pics online of the new/sealed version and mine came the same way. So unless someone resealed it the same then it was brand new. The Amazon Warehouse stickers were also placed on the outside of the plastic packaging, though it's always possible they realize it's a collectors edition and wouldn't have put the sticker on the CE box itself. The game (along with the auth key), art book, soundtrack, and making of Blu were also each sealed.

I'd guess that it was just dropped at some point or maybe a sealed customer return? I don't have any clue how AWD operates in reality, but I don't see them selling actually used PC games. It wouldn't make sense with the keys.

Seriously no ones bought the PS3 version yet? I really don't need to spend the money but the temptation still looms :(

Add a specific item to your cart, change the quantity to 999, and it'll say "Sorry, there are only 241 available".
 
$20 is a good price for Catherine on PS3, imho. The PS3 version is the one to get as the cutscenes (which are like... 1/2 the game) are much higher quality than the 360 version due to that new-fanged blu-ray technology.

Of course, I paid $59 for the undies edition! ;)

it will probably just end up like mass effect 2, being $5 down the road with gamers coupon, if you have the patience to wait long enough, LOL
 
Those that have purchased Diablo 3 Collector Editions, have you actually opened them up to verify that everything is inside and that the codes work? Someone mentioned earlier that people had found a way to get the codes out without breaking the seal or something.

Ordered ME3 Collectors Edition for PC Like New.

I got a Collector's Edition Guide. While Brand New, not what I ordered.

CS gave me an instant refund and a price adjust on buying the next with free overnight.
 
I posted about a week ago about comparing conditions when buying a First Edition Vita Bundle, and now that I'm going to be buying one tonight, I was just wondering if there's anything else I should be worried about when talking about the bundle, for example, the 3G aspect of it. Like, if it's already been activated by the previous owner, can I convert that over for my use? Thanks for all the information up to this point though!
 
Plus you don't want to purchase Mass Effect 3 used for the PS3 right? The online code may or may not be there, and online multiplayer is very fun and additive.

That sucks. Amazon's legendary cs to the rescue.There is a very good copy for $42.83 available right now. Question is will you pull the trigger.

lol thats impossible. You essentially need to break 2 seals to get to the codes. Theres the wrap around the plastic box and then theres another seal over the DVD sized gamebox that has the code on the card.

I think that person you were referring to must have been on drugs.

What has me slightly concerned is that I have the one that I pre-ordered and I also got a sealed Like New from AWD, but the AWD one weighs less than the truly brand new one that I have by about 10 grams.

Something may have just shifted about inside the box. I ship for a living and I know sometimes a piece of paper can sometimes(and I know this sounds silly, but I've seen it) make it weigh even just that little bit more.

Are you planning on not opening them?

Same for mine, along with the sides and the back. It made me slightly nervous but it seems that it's just a generic description just in case.

Also, Hot Shots Golf Vita Like New $14.97 (pretty sure this game has an online pass so youre taking a chance on it)
 
Dang amazon just told me my Witcher 2 was undeliverable and they refunded me. Bizarre, I order from them all the time and have never had a problem, UPS just leaves everything at my door. I don't think they even attempted to deliver it to me.
