What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

I don't think so. $162.49 Good condition Wi-Fi Vitas have appeared now and again and while there's some risk in ordering one in that condition, if you end up with one in exceptional condition, buying a 4GB card at the full $20 price tag would still save you ~$30 compared to buying the FE Bundle.

If you want 3G, however, you might have to wait longer.

And I've heard nothing that screams "must-buy" about Little Deviants, so don't let that sway you. ;)
 
What's the best price for a quality 360? Lowest I've seen while browsing the last few pages is $179 for a 250gb and $149 for a 4gb, do they generally come cheaper than that?
 
I picked up a Very Good 4GB Xbox 360 late last week for I think $139.30 (and I'm pretty sure it was never used, but only missing the box).

I would imagine from time to time they do get worse-condition systems that are priced lower than $140, but that's pretty inexpensive as is as well.

I remember that $179 250 GB system because I was considering it, but it was in Acceptable condition and the description had me concerned. Said something about cuts or deep cuts in the set case. Sounded rough.

well if it helps, i picked up a 250GB Holiday Bundle for 200 and it came in great condition except it was missing the box. it was listed as very good condition.

The inverted price would actually be $51.69

I am actually interested in the game once it hits less than $10. I am a cheapskate and glutton for punishment all in one.

I've seen 4GB Xboxes go for $129. I had it in my cart once but decided not go for it. I'd assume these are hard to come by.

I forgot if it was "acceptable" or "good".
 
Bought Starcraft 2 good condition for $26. If theres no valid cd key i can just talk to amazon warehouse to return it right? I saw a lot of ppl returning diablo 3 copies with no valid cd key. I hope it works.

I just jumped on the same thing hoping that the CD Key is valid as well...I'm sure that they'll return it if not.

You guys should be fine, I had to return my Diablo 3 game that I got from Amazon Warehouse for $32.xx, which came sealed, the box was just crushed. CS didn't even ask if I had tampered with it, they made it really easy to return it even though it was my fault in the first place. (Found one on CL for $20 so I bought that one and returned this one, someone on the last page probably got the one I returned lol).

Yes they do. Went into effect July 1st. Greatly reduced my amazon purchases.

Depends on the seller (even if fullfilled by amazon). If the seller isn't on your state, no tax for you
 
Anyone have experience buying an Xbox hard drive from AWD? Doesn't seem like it would be the best thing to take a chance on buying used, but I guess you never know.

Found this out not too long ago. Such a shame. I've got a boatload of Amazon credit from Best Buy's promos, and now my future purchase of a "discount" vita just got more expensive.

Apparently many people did receive games without a code, either that or they are bsing and took it. My "Acceptable" D3 came sealed, only the box was crushed. Pretty sure the code was intact since I couldn't see any sort of tampering, would've kept it if I hadn't bought it on CL for $20.

Honestly though, the game sucks. Save your money, I fell in for the hype on this one, I never played D2/D1 so I figured I'd play this, and it's a so-so game. After beating the game, all that's left is farming and going up into the next difficulty to do the same damn thing. There's absolutely no endgame after you beat Inferno, unless farming is your thing. Blizzard is breaking the game even more instead of fixing it up, but I won't go into detail with that. The game is already on sale for $40 after rebate at TigerDirect if you want to check that out.

Yup, now when I see a good AWD deal I have to think about it a little bit more. Sadly, unlike many of you guys I just started buying stuff from AWD only 5 moths ago :(. Was a good run at least.

I purchased a like new one and it was brand new. I think you'll be fine.

If it comes messed up, you can always return it. Amazon has awesome customer service.
 
I've just started looking through the warehouse deals, how do you guys find them mostly? Through the "just arrived" tab, the "video games" tab, or just by searching?
 
If you have a specific or hot item that you want to find immediately, then have it open on a separate page and do C4C on firefox or equivalent program on another explorer. If you're not in a hurry, you can add it to your wish list and check it every once in awhile.
 
Is a PS3 160GB console worth 162? I pay tax since NY but i am used to it. But is the 162 price tag high for a used good console? I want to buy one very soon if they rarely hit this price i will buy one. Also is amazon good about the used PS3 consoles? I hate to get a lemon i hate returning things it is just me. :)

That sounds like a good price. Shit if I didnt have to save money for college, a new car, and other shit I would buy this. Also the fact that I have a pretty decent 360 backlog also is stopping me. I might get one BF, if not Ill try sooner than that. But all in all, buy one.

I was just not sure if they go cheaper often. I looked to buy one long ago and seen one for $149 for very good but sold since i took over 30 mins to decide to buy it.

I got like 150 360 games but own 2 ps3 games still. I never went online with it but might do that this time. I am curious how the online sales and stuff are.

EDIT: I grabbed one someone else grabbed one of the others so there is still one left for 162. Do i need to buy a HD cable like i had to for my 360 or does it include one.

Now i will have another addiction with a ps3.... Hahahaha

Way better than Xbox. Honestly they may or may not announce a new ps4 next year so i THINK 160 GB is a good at this point (unless your going to get ps+ and download all those free games). I too have a small ps3 collection of 3 games currently and a bunch of bluray movies with no console to play them on. Its for that reason Im torn and whenever I see a ps3 on AWD I want to buy it, but then I restrain myself and look at all the 360 games I have to finish first. Life blows :cry:

I got a previous LBP2 bundle on AWD for $51. The box was beat up, but everything inside was pristine. It even came with extra A/V cable for the PS3, which I needed.

And a little bragging; I ordered a "like new" dualshock3 for $30 that arrived yesterday. There was some sticky stuff on the back, so I would have rated "good". However, the extra dualshock they included for free was "like new". Man AWD is awesome.

I feel the same way.... I bought around 100 hd dvd movies for the 360 hd drive and love the quality of hd. So i knew i wanted a bluray player and people mock the ps3 so much i always got turned off when i seen the deals. The media part of it and the way they do the online sales for games and such kinda sold me along with the comments i got from here. I just need something different then the 360. To many people on 360 i met are all about getting achievements fast and keep playing musical chairs with games i can not keep up with them anymore. I love sticking with a game until i get my money out of it like skyrim. I figured the PS3 i can go back to single player heaven. I hope people on the ps3 are not so crazy about there trophies. I love getting achievements just cause they keep you going or make you do things you not normally try. I have a high GS but if it was just a checklist no score i still love it in games. I kinda hate my score being so high... :)

You seem like you are going through what i been going through for a year or so now. I finally said ahhhhh forget this and just bought it. I hope the ps3 home stuff is cooler then xbox avatar stuff i bought a bunch off that and the latest dash hides it even more so lesson learned.

Sorry for the long reply i finally got a new keyboard and enjoying typing again and not using a dumb virtual keyboard on windows. :bouncy:
