What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

It's a pain in the ass if your using an iPhone. At least that's why I may not do it from time to time. Always on this site using my phone, 99.99% of the time.

I know that's right. I'm constantly viewing/posting on CAG with my S3, and it's a pain to edit text from a quoted post.

No way, it is much quicker. Stop being lazy, lol.

It is a pain in the sense BB intense posts are quite difficult to read on a phone if you are trying to target something specific. Then the spazzing selection tool on the iPhone doesn't help all that much.

... whenever I am on the phone, I just put spoiler tags around the quote which is lot easier and efficient than editing around the post.

Yup! Most of the stuff has been there, but had subtle price drops or price drops in general along with some items trickling in like that limited edition wii. No major restock yet.
 
I just received my $151.XX blue/black "3DS XL" in "like new" condition. Ya..it was "like new", but it was a DSi XL!! Grr!! I'm contacting Amazon. I'm hoping they will send me the correct product because I was really looking forward to it.

EDIT: No replacements on Amazon Warehouse. That sucks! They shipped me the wrong product! They should still stand by their products/shipments and issue a replacement!

EDIT2: I'm seriously considering registering this machine on Club Nintendo before I send it back.

I'd do it, if it's still valid. It's expected to be used by Amazon because the product was used, so it shouldn't be a problem.

There generally aren't replacements because they consider WHD to be a separate entity from regular amazon.com. It's dumb but that's how it is.

Yes it does - usually 2-3 times a week. Lately it has been only $8 for Like New. Keep checking - I am sure it will be back in a day or two.

When I bought Forza Horizon Limited Edition. I got a confirmation that my package was delivered, aaaaand there was no package. So I called them a week later after checking all places that it might've been left at (P.O., leasing office, FedEx, etc) and it was a 5 minute phone call, simple and easy, and they overnighted me another copy.

You don't even know if it was Amazon's fault. It could have been a customer that screwed them over. They offered to right the mistake, but you don't want to take it. That's on you.

Dude, they're offering you a full refund. They don't have what you want in-stock and they can't guarantee you prices on products they don't have. Get over it.

True, but Amazon does. They could at least offer me a discount on a new system in their stock. They did say I could call and purchase a new system from them and get "free upgraded shipping" but I already get free Prime and $3.99 overnight, so that doesn't entice me to pay $204 for a system that I can get cheaper elsewhere.

I hate to keep replying to gripe, so I'll stop, but in my mind, there is no defense for Amazon Warehouse. They screwed up and are not able to fix it. I'm willing to give them $151 for a product and they would rather take $0. I'm only ordering games from now on.

While that's true, Amazon should look at a product before listing and selling it. I am taking the refund, but I'm just not happy about it. I won't talk about it anymore since I can tell people are already annoyed with me. I'm not trying to be a bitch, I'm just a frustrated customer who was looking forward to playing a new system this weekend.

So...back to the warehouse deals?
