What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Bought a DS Lite White ~Acceptable.

and its just that. acceptable. Unfortunately it is a bit used. One of the edges shows that it has been dropped. One hinge is cracking. Shoulder buttons are yellow. Came with just the console and charger in a white box. Screens seem to be in good shape. Buttons still work, feel a bit used. The stylus doesn't stay in the holder and has what appears like pavement scrap on one edge of the stylus.

I suppose this is what I should have expected for acceptable. I was just kinda expecting like new, given a few of the stories on here. "I bought an acceptable and its like new" Not my experience. This thing is very very used.
I'd probably return it if I could. Can I?

Yep you can return it. You should pay return shipping though. For future reference expect acceptable to be just that. Acceptable. Works but shows wear/use. An acceptable game will work but might be scratched and/or have no case and such.

Good condition and above is all you should really order unless you really don't care.

Well from my experience with like new you can expect maybe an opened box or possibly just a dent or something wrong with the packaging if you're lucky. Maybe minimal signs of use. Possibly used DLC if it's a game.

With like new though the good thing is if it is not like new, you return it and explain why it isn't like new and they pay return shipping in that case.

Thanks for the input. Still kinda begs the question why like new can be argued but acceptable cannot. :/

Wel it can be argued, but you'd have to explain why it wasn't acceptable. As long as the thing works I don't think there's really a legit excuse for trying to make them pay for the return shipping. It's your fault in this case, not theirs.

Not sure about where you live, but there hasn't been a single used copy showing up in the whole state since the game came out.

Also, it's actually -28%.

So I got in my Pandora's tower like new that I got for about $29. It was in fact new, and there was some tape on the front to cover a rip in the plastic as it looks like it was maybe cut while opening the box. The box it self isnt cut at all and just creased and I can just pick up a Wii fit case for 50 cents and replace it. Very happy over all.

Actually, Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory was on AWD a week or so ago. Priced Like New, Very Good for 36.xx and 32.xx respectively.

so, i mailed off my 120gb slim ps3 that i originally bought from amazon. it was a trade in value of almost 150 due to the promo.

amazon got it, processed then said it was not the correct item and is now returning it. very strange since i included the original box / paperwork and system (matches 100% serial and everything) anyone else have this problem lately?

I've had Amazon trade in deny items one week, then accept them when I sent them again. I contacted Customer Support when the item came back, crying foul since the trade in value dropped by $20. They had me resend it and told me to contact them for the rest of my owed funds once the item had been accepted.

I bit on the Fire Emblem 3DS. It finally dropped in price, but it was labeled Good with scuffs and repackaging. This is a very bad sign, but it did say that the game was included. I hope that the Club Nintendo code is there somewhere. If someone claimed it, then it's not worth it.

It was $204 a few days ago by another seller. I maybe should have gone for that.

I have had nothing but success with Amazon until recently. First, they lost one of my items while they were "processing" it. Secondly, they rejected my "God of War: Ascension" for wrong platform, despite the fact that it's a PS3 exclusive. :roll: Also, many people have had issues getting the $20 promo added. It seems like their trade-in service has gone down the tubes lately (and yes, I'm aware NorAm runs it, but Amazon chose them as their partner and it's on their site so that doesn't get them off the hook).
 
If I get the shaft on my Like New 3DS XL that arrives tomorrow, I'm gonna be pissed. 160$. I thought why not, I want a XL and I don't want to wait for Target to have another sale. Save some money over the AC XL for 220$ I was gonna buy coming up in June. After my "acceptable" DS Lite, we'll see. My advice to handheld buyers...probably best to stay away from acceptable. I'm torn, i guess 10$ more for like new is worth it to me on cosmetics alone. Functionality being the same. Especially when a like new for 10$ more will likely come along. I've also seen instances of like new DS Lite's for like 40$ or 35$. The DS Lite warehouse prices seem a bit up lately compared to some instances earlier in this thread.

While not as good as the deal it had last month, Target has the XL for $180 this week. I just picked up a blue one, figured I might as well pay a bit extra and have it be completely new than have to worry about any possible problems with the pre-owned ones.

I'm really hoping Target has another sale really soon. As long as its before all the awesome June-Auguest summer games coming out I'll be good.
