What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Elite code has expired I believe, was good for 1 year from release date. Doubt it comes with anything other than the steelbook case either. I bought a like new one about 6 weeks ago and thats all that came, I returned it claiming like new should contain all original material.

Somehow convinced myself to buy Persona 4, it says there is 1 left in stock (I don't know if that's before or after I purchased). I need to live on a desert island for a few years to even make a dent in my backlog... blech.

Always see people here talking about how much backlog they have.

I guess I'm one of a few that doesn't keep any for consoles. Rarely do I finish them.

Many games have come through my home, but off they go once I lose interest. Once that happens, I'm done whether it's completed or not. I like keeping my "collection" thin for some reason. PC is something else though, as it is not physical. Even then, many are uninstalled.

Currently, I only have the games I'm playing on and off for the 360.

Multiplayer:
Black Ops 1
Modern Warfare 3

Single Player:
Fallout: New Vegas

That is it, like keeping it barebones. I do have a Wii U, but that's more for family type of gaming.

Yeah, technically AWD is considered a 3rd party seller. From time to time I even get the automated "rate this seller" email from Amazon every so often and it comes across like Amazon is schizophrenic.

I bought a Walking Dead "like new" for 360 on sunday and it was supposed to come today, but the shipping has never updated...I'm thinking its MIA. Great....there goes my deal...

No I mean the shipping has never even updated (just checked today) It just says the package is ready for UPS. (like never even shipped) I got another package from AWD today so I know UPS isn't coming back again tonight, lol.

You're probably right, but this does occasionally happen... I've had UPS come by multiple times before.
 
AWD can be funny at times. I ordered Hitman Professional Editions for :360: and ended up with a copy for the :ps3:. It was sealed with Amazon sticker on the outside so pretty much brand new. Luckily I own both consoles so I am ok with the mix up. Not bad for $41.xx.

Heheheh.

I must express my love for AWD at this point. I know they are technically a separate entity from amazon themselves but I really think they have their crap together. I've never had anything but great service from them in the decade+ of being a customer. If only my local stores were so good at it.

Never had a problem with their service. I love AWD and from time to time stuff as the one I posted above happens (to me or others). No big deal. Worse come to worse, I return it for a refund if it was incomplete (in case of a collectors edition) or damaged beyond what is acceptable compared to what was mentioned in the described condition. Either way I scored a great game at a great price so couldn't be happier. Thanks AWD. :D

By comparison, I've had much better luck with them than with goHastings.

Maybe I am the minority but I have ordered several times from goHastings and couple of times the ordered items did not meet expectations (missing items or such) but each time their customer service came through. Once they sent the missing items free of charge and of course the other times, with lack of missing items in stock, refunded me for the items in question. What's even better is that the same rule applies to their used items as it does to AWDs as in DLC maybe missing or used and 3 out of 5 times I scored the DLC even when not expecting it (Gears of War LE, ME3:CE, and Fable III:LE). I am happy with them so far.

That is really weird. Exact same thing happened to me. I was refunded, though.

Hmm. Perhaps dealing with them right now on a scratched disc is coloring my perceptions negatively.

I have run into that problem with buying a previously owned copy from them once but not yet when buying used ones. Regardless that does suck if the description given did not tell you so before hand that it would be in the condition you received. I hope they come through for you as they have for me. Good luck!
