What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Well my experience on bulking ordering is meh lately with them. Some people consider gamefly chipped discs are like new. If you read there feedback they do it. It is nice you had good luck. I do not know if you ordered a few things or over 50 like me. The ratio of bs desc was to high lately. I have no clue why i explained it to you since you get better then brand new.. That makes me feel like you are trolling or just uhhh... :lol:

In my area when you go into a B&M store you have to be careful with purchases as inventory gets damaged sometime between receiving and stocking, don't ask me how they manage to do this. You have to shake "brand new games" because the cases get damaged and scratch discs. (doesn't happen as much now with new style cases) but that is just one example

I am keeping it because Amazon is offering more than generous refund of $37.12 or 50% off for the damaged tin box. That makes the whole thing come out to $37.12. That is cheaper than the regular retail copy of the game so can't beat that. Thanks Amazon! :bouncy:

I told them I would like to keep it but not for the price of "Like New" item since it was more along the lines of "Acceptable" and asked them to see if they can assist. They responded with 2 options, 1 with the partial refund offer and 2 to return it for full refund. I chose the 1st option given the generous refund. I have never flat out asked them to give me a set dollar amount. Like you said that just feels awkward and weird.

When I got mine, I didn't even mention a partial refund. I just explained the problem and they offered me three options, one of which was a $75 refund on my purchase.

There's no real time frame I don't believe. However, people have been known to abuse this privelage and have had their accounts banned (same goes with too many returns).

For assassin's creed vita console order where the game wasn't included they told me to return the item for a refund. I said, "do I have any other options?" They told me I could also get a refund of 20% of the item price if I wanted to keep it.

Ok, thanks. I bought something awhile ago and kept forgetting to contact them. It wasn't from warehouse, and it was just missing a piece. It's not too terribly important, but good to know for any future happenings.

Well so much for getting that 32GB Vita Memory Card, Amazon just sent me an e-mail saying they're refunding me due to "lack of availability"

Yeah. I got scared to death when they sent me multiple defective SF 25th Anniversary Sets when I bought them BRAND NEW. Each one came with torn sleeves or dented boxes. I was like "yeah I want an exchange but ONLY if this doesn't count against me." I buy and sell thousands on Amazon every year and love the site. Would never risk getting banned on there.

You do know people scam amazon and get away with it. I will not post how to do that stuff to prove you are wrong. I suggest googling info before you call someone out. I hate thief's and will not post a how to guide. You seemed cool but oh well have a great night.

Was gonna post new deals but hate helping when people try to start stuff. I get nothing out of helping so enjoy having one less person posting deals. I rarely see others doing it anymore now. Deal i wish you luck i have low patience for this kiddie stuff. I am not perfect but damn to much like sd on here now. I will sit back again and watch others feud again. If i find good stuff and bored i can pm you for the first dibs then you can post i if you like if not no biggie.
