What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

After playing the Sleeping Dogs demo I've been REALLY itching to dive into the full game.

However, I'm TRYING to wait for it to hit $25 or lower. Bleh.. maybe Black Friday. :\

If you have a free day, I'd recommend picking it up from Redbox. 2 bucks and if you have the time, you can blow through the story and 80% of the sidemissions in about 9-10 hours.

Great game, but I wouldn't recommend buying it for anything more than $20 due to the lack of replayability.

I rented it (and got all the trophies in the span of the rental) and it's a AWESOME game. I rented it with no expectations and was blown away. Definitely the sleeper hit of the year.

I wouldn't mess with a used Dualshock controller for $35 when you could get a brand new one for $40 pretty easily ($35 new is not unheard of either). Then again, it might be like new simply because of a damaged box, etc.

Also, I am still very surprised by how much Binary Domain has held its value. I have been waiting for it to drop for quite awhile considering how poorly it sold. I assumed it would have been around $10 used and $20 new by now.

no memory card, which is weird because the black ops and ass creed bundles include one.

I gleefully picked up a copy of Binary Domain for (I think) $10 at Nebraska Furniture Mart months ago. Like an idiot I left it in my car for a couple days and then I went to do a trade-in at Best Buy. And like an idiot I looked down at it and was all like "Well, I'll get $20 for it, I'm sure it'll be $10 everywhere soon enough" and off it went. I was really looking forward to playing it too.

Ok, I had heard that it didn't and amazon's description doesn't mention it but they include a picture of the console, game, and memory card in the product details section of the product page. I guessing its an oversight on their part but seems like something someone could take them to task for if they wanted to.

Just got resident evil operation raccoon city for $21.85. The condition was in "like new", but it was still factory sealed!

I know I'm in the minority in this, but I actually enjoyed playing it. Not for the game mechanics(which became decent after patch), but just the overall atmosphere and the constant referencing to the source material. I had finished Resident Evil 4, played some of 5, and had lost interest in the series. For some reason or other, this game got me back into learning more about Resident Evil, made me start 5 again, and preorder 6.

It wasn't worth 20 dollars as others have said, and you overpaid for it due to finding it for 8-10 price range but if you enjoy it i would consider it a good purchase
 
1st time amz disappointed me, acceptable bl2 got canceled. Anybody else order of used bl2 get through. Was so looking forward to playing that games for 35ish.
