What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Quoting myself to give an update. Got the game, codes came intact, game is intact, the damage itself is to the slip in art work (between the sleeve and the case) that is ripped and taped (first one from AWD for me). I have the steel book so that does not bother me. I can live with that.

It gives you an "Open Tray" option after inserting the disc right?

I had my 360 Elite give me this problem before.

One way of fixing this is to just keep hitting the top of the Xbox while it is trying to read the disc.

The other option would be to open up the Xbox, and move the laser, as it is out of place. Pretty easy to do actually and just a simple screwdriver needed. There are some great guides on Youtube to follow.

no actually it says play game but no picture of it being assassins creed 3 or any thing just a green box with play game

It was probably ring scratched. A good buffer can take care of some bad ones, making it look like new. Sometimes, the game actually works afterwards, other times not.

Just got borderlands 2 in no mechromancer code but it is installing now madden 13 is installing now aswell i really wanted ass creed 3 damn it

It is just the beginning so definitely more to come as that's 2 bundles popping up on the same day at 2 different times. If I get one, I get one and if I don't, no big deal. Hopefully a fellow CAG snagged that one. :)

I remember seeing it in the older thread last year and someone did buy it. Don't recall if it was a bundle or just the game.

Did you cancel it yet? I am starting to lose my mind but I would love that white one...

...even tho I just got my LN $185 3G/WiFi Vita today. The only thing 'not new' with it is that there was some packing tape residue on the rear touch part of the Vita.
If I use a little bit of goo-gone on it, I am not going fackin fack it up - am I?

It takes about 30 or so minutes for it to come back once someone cancels. So it should be anytime now.

Everytime I see "snagged" I think of a girl being like "omg my nail just got snagged onto my dress".
That's really the only time I heard that word until I joined this site. It doesn't bother me though,just found it kinda strange.

You must not have been there for the "Grab them shitz" phenomenon I started about 5 years ago about the penny guides at Best Buy...... ah good times.
 
I would love to bite if it comes back to 175 its been rumored in the black friday thread that the AC vita bundle will be $199 on Black Friday at gamestop.

I was able to get a 320 gb slim ps3 (old slim) uncharted 3 bundle for $224.xx. It was listed used-like new and fulfilled from amazon. It was available at 5am this morning when i woke up with only 1 in stock.

Even tho i wanted to get the $199 bf bundle i thought $25 more is a good trade off for 70gb more memory, and not having to go out on BF. Now i just need find the uncharted and infamous games for cheap since this is my first ps3....
 
Should I send this back? Just received a copy of Demon Souls (Good) in the mail. Decent price, but it appears like it's been submerged in water. The entire case plastic and coverart are waved.

Aside from that, there are several small chips around the edges of the disk. All tiny , but there are plenty of them. And a single thin black line.

I'd rather not return it and shoot for another, but since I was picking up a PS3 on BF, I can't even test this disk out to see if it'll work. Does this sound acceptable?

Sounds to me like the game just played itself. If that's the case, the condition doesn't surprise me in the least.

... nah, seriously though, that game is amazing and deserves much better. I'd talk with Customer Service if I were you, and see if you can get an exchange.
