What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

So just got my Gears of War Xbox 360 it was acceptable didnt come in original box and its a little scratched on top.  The controllers look new to me though?  No idea Im happy with the purchase though :)

I was super excited to see it here all ready, on my order status page it said it wouldnt come until thursday I did the free shipping because I dont have prime anymore. Either way I couldnt pass up on grabbing one as to my older slim just busted on me ( the power supply is broken ). To top it off went to GS today and traded a bunch of crap in got $120 in credit good day today :p

Yeah I kind of wanna wait for that, thats why Im hesitating on buying one on launch. I dont like the plain black crap anymore. I just turned on that xbox I got and there all kinds of dlc+downloaded games. The person that previously owned it forgot to clean the hd before sending it in. Another WIN!! :p

Hopefully it's better than the stuff left on the 360 I got where the highlight by far was Bad Company 2.

i was playing re4 real late and trippin out and i was running through some castle parts in the game when the heads start to explode and the spider things pop out and crawl around and you need to use flash to pop them asap and then a giant spider crawled up or webbed down in front of me in real life and creeped me out. cool story bro

I speak from experience and wanted to bestow my sage-like advice on others who buy used consoles. Or just err on the side of caution and wipe everything down with alcohol before you even use it.

My Muramasa Rebirth got cancelled after no updates from the post office since August 6th and received 5 dollar credit for the inconvenience.

It had mine craft, NFL blitz, bf3 all the doc halo 3 & 3 dlc. All of which I don't have on my Xbox lol... I'm debating on trading in my old Xbox or keeping it. I have shit cluttered all over my room and my gf is gonna be pissed when I get a vita Xb1 and ps4 later :p
 
So I got today my 8 boxes of stuff from the warehouse, it was like Xmas in August lol, but the only CAG things were two PS3 games.

Two questions since I have never had to talk to the warehouse CS before:

-The Dark Souls CE tin looks great, but the code was used, I bought it "Like New", should I complain about this to amazon?

-The RDR GOTY was "Very Good" condition, but the case is broken at the clips so the case remains open, is this ok for a very good item or should I complain about it?

 
Yeah you cant complain about used codes as to in the description is always says codes may be used even in LN games.  That will earn you a quick ban :p.  The second one you might be able to its really up to you on that just remember you can only call and complain so much before they ban your account.  So decide if its worth it to you.

No on the code because the description specifically says that's not guaranteed to work.

codes are never guaranteed. It says so in every description. As far as the case you could say something, I personally prefer to use my CS contacts for bigger issues.

Guess where the numbers are rising. It is the stuff that was pulled and that dropped the inventory to low 2000s few days ago, as in the games under $5. All those old sports titles are popping back up.

Yeah not really much new, looks like they are putting back inventory they pulled that had incorrect prices

BTW, congrats on your 360 and the bonus contents :lol:. My other 360 that was in shipping purgatory was apparently shipped and delivered ... but not to me :(. I just contacted Amazon to see where the heck it went as it says "shipped" but not "delivered" status but under tracking says delivered yesterday to the front door. Hmmm!

I popped in and out but I am finally off for couple days from work so if anything happens I will pop in. More (normal) restocks happened while I was away at work. Amazon is really trying to get its inventory levels back up to 3000+ so we are seeing more frequent restocks as of late, even if it means restocking old, cheap as dirt, ps2 sports titles. :lol:

uhh oh, looks like someone pulled some funny business on you! Ive been having so much problems with deliveries from amazon I want to call and complain but, at the sametime I dont feel like dealing with them pulling the mat out from under me. Although Ive never called in and complained about any items Ive received from AWD Im starting to have second thoughts about it. Ive had a couple package left by my garage with not one knock at my door. Ive actually watched the delivery man do it from my window ( I live in a 2 story house and can see everything infront ). Im in a great debacle of installing a camera infront of my house.

I'm really worried this is going to be the situation I'm in. Going to be gone all day tomorrow but I'm supposed to have about $200 worth of stuff delivered and couldn't get the delivery date changed.

The odd part about that was that I got my other AWD games (cheapies for the cases) in the same order delivered around 3:13 pm but the console was apparently dropped at my house sometime after 5pm but no one showed up at my house. My brother received my deliveries in my absence and said he only saw the UPS guy once during the day. Go figure! I really hope it is still sitting in his truck somewhere, otherwise someone just got a free 360.
