What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Yeah there is nowhere on my house that's not exposed. That and the Amazon stuff is coming by Prestige so while the UPS driver will probably read it the person who just pitches stuff on my porch certainly won't. Still, guess it's better than nothing.

Contact Amazon and see if they can change the shipping info for Hold for Pickup so you can go to UPS to get it. I've had that done in the past.

Amazon stuff's not coming by UPS is the problem, it's the crappy regional carrier. The Gamestop stuff is coming by UPS but their CS didn't want to do a thing for me and UPS wants $10 to pick it up at the store or change the delivery date.

Have you tried calling Prestige? I was out of town for 5 days before and had quite a few packages coming to my house, so I called UPS and OnTrac to just throw my boxes in from the side door (at the time it was just non breakable stuff/penny games so I didn't mind). Most of them did.
Or you could ask a friend to come by and get it for you.

I thought I was just horrible at locating the new items :) I do see a couple of items that I personally hadn't seen, but most of it does seem to be the stuff that was removed late last week now that you mention it.

I'll try in the morning, see what they say. I'll be home around midnight but that's still like 5-8 hours stuff's stitting there.

 
I thought this thread was closed :p it was locked for a while when I was trying to write a reply.  I forgot to mention I ordered a copy of TLOU of AWD and the code was used unfortunately.  I dont feel like paying for one atm and was curious if anyone had an extra pass, maybe we can trade something?  Thanks in advance.

 
i have a similar question regarding amazon delivery, i will be out tomorrow,and what if there is no one at home to get the package tomorrow. The ups decides to not leave the package at my door, and take it back with them? will the package be send back to amazon,?

No, they would leave a notice. You can wait for them to redeliver the next day or you can contact them and have them hold it for you to go and pick it up.

You can return it and buy a new one for $39.99 at Kmart. It's not too bad if you can send it by USPS because there is no shipping fee from Amazon if you pay for it yourself so it's like $2.

 
just one more question, i am getting two weird dates from estimate delivery. on my amazon account it is telling me the estimate delivery date is 8/22, but when i checked the official ups.com stte, it is saying estimate delivery date 8/21, so which tends to be more accurate?

Eh I used credit I had on amazon for it so its not like a loss for me. I was just curious if any fellow cags had an extra code its no worries for me either way. Just had a couple friends who wanted me to play online but, Im really enjoying the sp of the game its intense.

I've had that happen to me too. whats stranger is that I contacted cs about it and then after I came home it magically appeared in my mail box. Which doesn't make sense as it was 9 and I had already waited behind the mail truck and picked up my mail that day. so either ups or whoever came back/delivered it later or maybe they put it in the wrong mail box again and my neighbors put it back? And if that happened my neighbors must be up for sainthood.

 
Oh nice, anyone notice the new display options that let you select detail or image?  Image just shows you the picture, name and price and crams way more items onto the page.  Takes it from like 20 items to over 50.

That option has been there for a while. I thought you knew. They did it to accomodate mobile hand helds.

Never once shown up on my browser before. Really don't know how Amazon has some of the best web engineers in the business and yet AWD will display the same page in multiple different ways in the same browser.
