What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Makes sense.

Man took me forever to find L4D2 for a good price when it was rare. Bought it from AWD and they sent me a perfect L4D2 case, opened it, and Black Ops was inside :(

Thankfully they refunded me.

I believe someone mentioned getting a bad Wind Waker HD disk from Amazon and apparently that's the one they sent me. It goes to the loading screen and locks up my Wii U (6+ times). I don't know why they put junk back up for sale when people report it doesn't work.

Was really looking forward to playing this but guess I'll have to wait for another one to pop up.

When you return it leave a note inside the box so they know. The CS doesnt always report whats wrong to the warehouses.

My buy in on this system was $200 and this was close enough. It arrived today and is in pretty good shape. My biggest concern was the controller screen being scratched but it arrived and was perfect. The only thing noticeable was the console itself had some scratches on it but I'll gladly take that for $90 off. Been playing Mario u all day and its actually not a bad system at all. Decided to buy this over the xbox one or ps4 since right now I am not loving either company and the plans they have for their consoles....

Got my LN Wii U today also pretty much same condition you got yours in. I was so ready to send it back I've been on the fence with keeping it but it's in great shape so going to throw in Luigi U now once the update is done.

Brash_Attach had a similar problem with Payday 2 where he ended up getting the same defective game. He put a note in it afterwards but I have a feeling it is still floating somewhere so even if you put a note it is still a hit or a miss.

Yeah, but if it's a BF thing you know that the chances of actually getting it on Amazon will be slim to none. With GS opening at midnight this year I think I'll take my chances there.

Keyword "was" rare and only rare at GS for GS. Not so much now. Back then it held its value for sometime and on the high end. It was one of the favorite flips amongst the regulars.

Me too. I've traded in 15 or so to 1 store and they sell them all within a day or two or mail them to another store that wants them. The manager told me to get as many as I can and he'll take them

Yeah L4D2 was definitely rare for a while. I remember buying it for the first time near it's release at Gamestop on sale for 40 bucks. I think I owned it 3-4 times.

During it's "rare" phase I wanted to play it again. It dropped to 30 on GoD but I wanted a physical copy, found it for around 30 physical, and now it's down to sub $20.

Valve games seem to have a tendency to do that. Look at ps3 version of Orange Box. Holding its value still to this day at GS and outside GS.

I am glad that your store personal is cool with it but be careful with the numbers as corporate / computer won't go as easy on you once your account(s) gets flagged since you frequent the same store.

Yeah, Ive been slowing down a bit or trying to anyway. Ive been going to a few different stores lately and getting cozy with them. I always give employees some games, hdmi cables, nintendo codes or other stuff.

I wish there was a little more green on it. Looks like it's just around the sides and the buttons, then again I wish they would have used the colors more prominently on the 2DS to begin with. Don't really understand the black faces on everything, never had a problem getting immersed in one of their handhelds before they started doing it. I still love it and going to be very tempted to get one for myself since I've been a Luigi person since day one.

I agree, I wanted the whole thing green especially the back and not like a green rubber band with just green buttons on the handheld. That green would work well on Wii U if they ever decide to do that.

It's hard to tell from those photos but the sides might even be black and just the shoulder buttons green.

So I go to use dream world on pokemon white only to find out that they discontinued that service for new players and current ones will lose it entirely by jan. ffffffffffffffffffffffff

as for the cords thing on ps3's I'd imagine its 1 part breaking/losing them as both are easy to do. I can't tell you how many cords I've gone through over the years just from general use or losing them during storage.

 
If anyone's still looking for a Wii U, I've got mine for sale listed over in the trade section. Trying to get it sold before November if possible.

 
For those interested:

Uncharted 3 Collectors edition for around $20

A couple Arkham City Collector's edition around $30+

Kingdom Hearts 1.5 also popped up for $25 but you might be better off waiting for BF when it's supposedly $20 new.
