What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Thanks for the heads up, closest is 58 miles away, Maybe we'll see a super sale like we did last holiday at best buy for B&W 2 for $15, a guy can dream!

Hello, 

Can anyone point me in the direction of a browser and add-on combo for tracking items on AWD.

I've been trying to get a 3DS XL and haven't had any luck seeing one pop-up.

I've had awesome luck with my Vita (games, pulse elites, memory cards) 90% of which have arrived unused with blemished packaging, but for good or for worse the Vita doesn't seem to be as popular as it should be so I think stuff sits on AWD longer enabling me to snatch em

meh not a big enough drop to make me want that xillia. if we still had the old shipping and that was 4 bucks cheaper on the other hand..... I'd consider it but with black friday around the corner and the price of new not much higher than that like new plus shipping/fss you might as well wait or buy new.

 
So I received my Acceptable Mass Effect LE today..

and it was...

a....

DINGER!!!!

Outer box had a couple cuts on the top, and the steelbook had 2 small dents on the right corners (guessing somebody dropped it) but rest of it looks pristine and it came with ALL CONTENT!  Thrilled with this purchase!

Finally cashed out most of my GS and BBY credit to pay off the One. Two questions:

1. Is it sketchy to redeem all these Kindle cards at once? $500 is a lot.

2. Is it true that my pre-order gets pushed to the back of the line if I apply giftcard balance?

I recently applied some credit to my day one Xb1 order, and it changed from delivery at launch to unknown. It took a few days to update, but it went back to launch day delivery.

Basically if you have a day one edition, it is guaranteed to be delivered at launch, regardless of where you are in "line" since ALL day one orders are ahead of standard orders.

1. It has been confirmed by others that it should not be a problem. (Someone applied over $500 in credit in one sitting without any problems).

2. Not really but it really depends on how late towards release date are you applying that balance to a the preorder so it can be processed. Sooner the better!

1. I've redeemed around that amount at one time on multiple occasions with no issues. I think probably > $1000 would be my comfort level. It's not like they don't know that people buy piles of kindle cards to use as credit on amazon from other retailers.

2. I think that's nonsense, I don't know where that started. Your order number and date don't change when you apply giftcards, so why would it change your place in line? All that said, I applied gift card balance to my PS4 about a dozen times over a couple months and mine still shows release date delivery, so there's some anecdotal evidence for you.
