What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

What condition does products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. However, some people have reported that games were in no so scratched condition with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for the 360 slim, or ps3 to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

The 250gb Slim went as low as 162.99 I believe. I'd say anything under 180 is a good price for it.
 
got the slim in yesterday wich was for my nephew n he was all happy:whee:.
so i wanted to check it out (cuz i hadn't seen one yet) it came in looking nice n brand new-nice job amazon :applause:.

so we tried it --we were playing for about n hour n then .... ..
The Red Light #-o --no lie:^o.

after a fuckin hour this shit shuts off cuz its over heating:hot:-wtf-how?-its in the same damn spot i had my elite for months wich is very well ventilated.
my nephew is all sad :cry: cuz it was for him

we turned it off for a while --checked it out-- reconnected it-turned it back on n my nephew is :pray:--hoping it works--nope shit won't stay on for more than 7 minutes.:bomb:

IF it continues to be fucked up--any way to push Amazon for a replacement--as i'd rather have it replaced than have my money back-but it being an amazon warehouse deal im not sure if thats possible????

Maybe someone returned it without stating that happened, who knows, but I'd call Amazon and inform them of the situation.

You could try to call customer service and ask, although their terms only mention getting a refund.

"If you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason, you can return it in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. "

that is definitely weird. i don't think of heard of anyone else having any real problems with the slim yet (i haven't had any problems either). also i know for myself atleast that the top of the xbox gets extremely hot after a while (like i can't even keep my hand on it), but it still runs fine, so i'm assuming its supposed to do that since other people report the same thing. sounds like some sort of defect with the internal fan maybe, although i have absolutely no experience with the insides of the console)

hopefully amazon will replace it for you, but worse case scenario you can return it and then go hunting for it again.
 
Question for anyone who has bought an LE version of a game off of the warehouse. Have you received the LE items? I'm eying something that is "like new" and am wondering if it's going to come with everything...

The LE games I've bought there have come with everything (including slip covers when applicable). Even old PS1 games have come with everything (like extra inserts or maps).

Only problem I've ever had is with their weird replacement cases they use for almost all last-gen games (xbox, ps2, gc). 90% of mine come in a crappy case (similar to the GS cases) or, weirdly, some xbox games come in 360 eco cases.

I had to return one because the outter box was practically destroyed (not because of shipping) :bomb: - though they did pay for the return shipping because I said description was wrong! Where as another one the tin case had very minor scratches, so it's a hit or miss.

I'm betting I know which item you are looking at. In that case, it's like everyone else said: it's going to be hit or miss. It'll be a hassle, but if it's something you are really looking for, I say go for it. Worst case scenario, it isn't what you are expecting and you can return it.

well if its a 360 slim it no longer has lights- only one light in the center of the button that is normally green, but red if it overheats.

what sucks more then that is amazon will make you return it and just give you a refund instead of a replacement usually. I would keep bugging them until they give in and give you a system instead of a refund. Then again you might get another POS system

as a four time failbox owner myself, congrats microsoft on breaking what was fixed. I was lucky to get the lastest phat model heatsinl that time mine failed right before the warranty expired. Boy was I glad I bought the extended warranty!all failures were in that time frame.

im going to be somewhat persistent in trying to get a replacement/exchange from amazon-before i give in n just accept the refund

also going to check out the warranty and see if its still valid-hadn't thought of that
 
I just lucked into a $119 black Wii. I sooooo didn't need to buy that but couldn't resist. I guess the niece and nephew will have something to play with now when they come over.
