its like, i just want to enjoy some amiibos and amiibo news...  if you got the gold mario, thats rad.  if not, dont go rubbing it in other peoples faces.  thats just rude.

keep in mind the more walmart stores there are the harder it will be to get. More stores = less amiibos per store = probably 2-3 per store at launch.

I know where three of my local GS Ikes ended up.

I got the phone call on Monday that my order would be in Tuesday. I showed up Tuesday at 9 AM. The guy I did my pre-orders with came out at 9:40 and told me he had to run somewhere quickly but their shipment wasn't in yet. He told me it would be in by 12. I showed up at 11:30 and he said he just got his shipment. He went to the back and pulled out a huge box. I mention to him that I just wanted to make sure to get an Ike so I was trying to be there first.

At the counter he pulled up my order and he pulled out:
2 Mega Man
King Dedede
Sonic
Ike

Then he looks at me and then gave me two more Ikes. I was lucky that I got what I had fully paid for.

I was surprised to say the least.

I only ordered one to give everyone else a chance to buy one, but yeah if i don't think its worth it Ill sell it to someone on here instead of returning it like I originally planned.

 
Damn this thread has gone bad, if you resell or buy many of them to flip just keep it to yourself :whistle2:, or else we will get another 100+ post on equality lol

I wouldn't be surprised if it got cancelled honestly though.

EDIT: Seems like the limit is 2 per order though, so maybe it will go through.

Had the option of going home early from work or getting "trapped" in the city until 8, which would've give me ample time to head to Nintendo World and get the last of wave 3 I need....

Especially Sonic...

Guess the amiibo madness in me is finally starting to subside.
 
Wait. So 3,000 stores? Here in Oklahoma there is probably 2,000. There a list of which stores? That's pretty fucked up if there's not. Really gonna make us drive 50 miles back and forth trying to find the right store? And no, I'm not gonna preorder.
